Find lost license keys of Windows, Office and 17,500+ installed programs

XenArmor All-In-One Key Finder Pro: Find the License Keys of Software You Own

XenArmor All-In-One Key Finder Pro is a $24.95 Windows tool that scans your PC for the license keys of installed software, including Windows, Office and, by XenArmor's count, 17,500+ other products. It's for anyone about to reinstall or replace a PC who has lost the original email or box.

The new laptop is on the way, and the receipt for that $200 program is in a mailbox you closed years ago. As long as the software is still installed on the old PC, there's a fair chance its key is too. Key Finder reads those keys and gives you a list to save before you wipe the machine.

Quick facts

  • Version: 13.0 (2026 Edition), released September 25, 2026
  • Developer: XenArmor Global Security Solutions
  • Platforms: Windows Vista to Windows 11 and Windows Server 2008 to 2022, 32-bit and 64-bit. No Mac version
  • Price: $24.95 at checkout for the Basic edition, 1 PC, one-time
  • Trial: 7 days, shows only the first 2 characters of each key
  • Guarantee: 30 days, with the limits explained below

What we checked: the trial on the vendor's site was still version 12.1 (4.8 MB zip dated November 6, 2025) although the release history lists 13.0, and its digital signature from Xenarmor Global Security Solutions Private Limited was valid; checkout price of $24.95 on the order page on November 6, 2026. We didn't install it or test any recovered key.

Before you buy

  • Do it before you wipe the PC. Key Finder reads keys from the Windows installation it runs on. The Basic edition can't read a dead PC's drive or a copied registry file.
  • A found key isn't always a working key. Subscription apps, online activation and keys stored in a scrambled form can all fail. One buyer quoted below says none of his recovered codes worked. Use the trial's first 2 characters to compare against a key you know.
  • Windows 10 and 11 often need no key at all. A PC that shipped with Windows usually reactivates by itself, so your paid third-party programs are the real reason to buy this.
  • Refunds are narrower than the 30-day guarantee sounds. XenArmor's policy excludes change of mind and says refunds on password and key recovery tools aren't possible after activation, even though it also lists a failed recovery, with proof, as a valid reason. Treat the purchase as final once you activate it.
  • Your antivirus may object. XenArmor says password tools are often flagged as potentially unwanted programs and calls that a false positive. Check that the file came from xenarmor.com before you make any exception, and don't lower your protection for a tool you aren't sure about.
  • Lifetime means the license, not the updates. The license never expires, but you get 1 year of minor updates, download access and priority support. Major new versions such as v2027 aren't included, and XenArmor sells those as upgrades.

Overview

XenArmor All-In-One Key Finder Pro uses two methods. Direct recovery reads keys from 7,900+ products it knows how to decode, and a registry scan looks for key-like entries for 9,700+ more. You click Recover Keys or press F5 and get a table of product, version and license key.

Features

License keys in one scan

All-In-One Key Finder Pro recovers keys for Microsoft products such as Windows, Office and Visual Studio, antivirus suites like ESET and Kaspersky, games from publishers like Ubisoft and EA, and tools from Adobe, VMware and many others.

Hardware serials

All-In-One Key Finder Pro also lists serial numbers and IDs of hardware such as the BIOS, motherboard and laptop battery. That's handy for warranty claims or an insurance record. Version 13.0 added this.

Your Wi-Fi passwords too

All-In-One Key Finder Pro recovers saved Wi-Fi passwords, and XenArmor adds its WiFi Password Recovery Pro tool as a free gift with the order.

Reports to keep

All-In-One Key Finder Pro saves results as HTML, PDF, CSV, XML, JSON or SQLite. A color code separates software, games, hardware and system keys.

Real-World Uses

  • Reinstalling Windows: you save the key list to a USB stick first, then reactivate your programs one at a time.
  • Replacing a PC: you have every key in hand when you set up the new machine.
  • A paper trail: you keep a report of what you own in case a vendor asks for proof.
  • A warranty call: you read out a serial number without opening the case.

Who It's For, and Who Should Skip It

It suits home users and small offices with older perpetual-license software that's still installed, the kind that came with a key instead of an account.

Skip it if your software is mostly subscriptions tied to an account, like Microsoft 365 or Adobe Creative Cloud, since there's no key to find. Skip it if you only want the Windows key, which free key viewers can show. And skip the Basic edition if the PC no longer boots: reading another drive needs Premium, which isn't sold through this page.

Usage Guide

  1. Download the trial from the button on this page and install it on the PC with the software.
  2. Launch the program and click Recover Keys, or press F5.
  3. Click a column header to sort by product or version, and right-click a row to copy a key.
  4. Click Export and save the report somewhere other than the drive you're about to wipe.

Where it falls short

  • The 17,500+ figure is XenArmor's own. We found no independent test of how many keys it really finds, or how many of those work.
  • Registry scan results are best guesses. A scan that looks for key-like entries can't promise that what it found is your real license.
  • The download can lag. The trial we got was an older build than the current release, so what you test may not match what you buy.

What Users Say

XenArmor's Trustpilot page showed 4.4 out of 5 from 314 reviews on November 6, 2026, with 74% five-star and 11% one-star. The score covers the whole company, and many reviews don't name a product, so the quotes below are the ones that do or that clearly fit.

Praise

"I am using all in one key fineder and it literally work well and other products from x3lenarmor are also good enough." Crazy Dan, Trustpilot, 5 stars, August 2026

"XenArmor is my go to software when I need to find a solution to a lost key, password and so on." Ken B, Trustpilot, 5 stars, October 2026

"Thanks to All-In-One Key Finder. It found all my software license keys in few seconds. Now I don't have to worry about losing any key." Jacob Baxter, Australia, on XenArmor's site

"I was searching for my lost Windows key. Finally, I found your All-In-One Key Finder Pro and got my Windows key back instantly. Also found lot of other software CD keys also. Highly recommended." Umar Khalil, Egypt, on XenArmor's site

Criticism

"Not a single activation code that it recovered worked on any product. It was a total waste of money!" Lou DeLuca, Trustpilot, 1 star, March 2026

That's a small sample. People who got a key back are pleased, and the one detailed complaint is the worry you'd expect with any key finder: a code on screen is only useful if the product accepts it.

Comparisons

All-In-One Key Finder Pro vs free key viewers

Free viewers such as NirSoft's ProduKey show Windows and Office keys, and for many people that's all they need. All-In-One Key Finder Pro is worth paying for when you want third-party programs and games covered, plus hardware serials and an export, all in one run.

All-In-One Key Finder Pro vs your email archive

The original order email is the most reliable source of a key. Search your mailbox for the vendor's name first, and many vendors will also resend a key if you give them the order details. Key Finder is the fallback when those trails have gone cold.

Editions and Pricing

EditionPricePCsWhat it adds

Premium$97 on XenArmor's order page5Keys from an external drive or registry file, Wi-Fi password deletion, command line

XenArmor's order page lists Basic at $29.95. The 17,500+ product coverage is the same in both editions.

FAQs

Can XenArmor All-In-One Key Finder Pro find my Windows 11 product key?

Yes, All-In-One Key Finder Pro lists Windows 11 keys, including the OEM key stored in the BIOS on many PCs. A digital license tied to your Microsoft account may need no key when you reinstall.

Can All-In-One Key Finder Pro find keys for software I've uninstalled?

Sometimes. All-In-One Key Finder Pro reads what's left on the PC, and XenArmor's own screenshots show some uninstalled products. Don't count on it: uninstallers often clear the key.

Does XenArmor All-In-One Key Finder Pro find Microsoft 365 keys?

All-In-One Key Finder Pro isn't useful for subscriptions like Microsoft 365, because those activate by signing in to your account rather than with a stored key.

Is it legal to use All-In-One Key Finder Pro?

All-In-One Key Finder Pro is fine for software you own. XenArmor limits it to legitimate uses, such as recovering your own keys, and prohibits unauthorized access. A key belongs to its license terms, so don't use one on a PC or copy it isn't licensed for.

Will I pay for the next version of All-In-One Key Finder Pro?

Your license never expires, and you get a year of minor updates, but major new versions such as v2027 cost extra.

Does the Basic edition of All-In-One Key Finder Pro work on more than one PC?

No. The Basic edition is licensed for 1 PC, and Premium covers 5.

System Requirements

  • Windows 11, 10, 8, 7 or Vista, or Windows Server 2008 to 2022, 32-bit or 64-bit
  • 4 GB of RAM or more recommended
  • 15 MB of disk space

Conclusion

XenArmor All-In-One Key Finder Pro is a fair buy at $24.95 if you're about to rebuild a PC full of older paid software, since one recovered key can pay for it. The reason to buy is breadth: one scan across programs, games and hardware. The reason not to is that it can't promise a found key will activate, and the refund closes once you activate it. Try a free viewer first if you only need Windows or Office.
