hello and welcome to this real quick
with the weekly builder tutorial in
which i'm going to show you how the
interface of the program looks like and
how to use it in future tutorials i'm
going to show you how to make different
websites with this program and how to
make objects and pages that look very
professional
so this is what the
interface looks like as you can see it
is very very similar to the interface of
the microsoft office which is really
convenient because
you can get really easily along with it
so let's
explore all the different panels that
you are going to need in order to make
good websites so the first
panel that we are going to talk about is
called toolbox
so toolbox is really
self-explanatory these are all the tools
and objects that you're going to use for
your website these are for example texts
html objects images
uh some things like form controls here
some more advanced layout objects that
we're going to cover in future tutorials
as well as for example media youtube
videos if you want to embed youtube
videos on your website
under navigation you have
different object different menus that
you can use for your desktop or mobile
website but i'm going to also show you
how to make
menus without these
objects so how to make menus that are
really customizable handmade
and there are also different things for
example like
additional extensions that you have
installed
so this panel is really easy to use you
just have to drag and drop
stuff on the page and you
just drop it on this white area which
leads us to our next section this white
area which is your workflow this is
where your website is and everything you
do here will be visible when you preview
it and later when you publish your
website for example this
text object that we're going to call
hello
world
yes and so here is the ribbon so for
example you have under home you have
some basic options for example like
previewing the website publishing the
website undo redo
you can
explore the html of your website
under insert
you have the same objects that are here
under toolbox but if it's more
convenient to use you can insert them
from here but it's the same thing for
example if you want to
insert image you can import it from here
or you can import it from here
so under page you have
different settings of your page for
example you can use
different maneuvers for example editing
the page renaming the page cloning the
page the same thing you can do from here
when you right click which is for me
more convenient
so under view there are some interesting
things for example you can
change the mode of the layout
basically i'm using the default layout
which is really handy for me
and from here you can
view
and you can show or hide some menus for
example the object
manager which is hidden by default is
really useful when you make responsive
websites
but
and will also cover this manager in
future tutorials or if you are new you
can
use the blocks
in the blog section
which includes different types of
website headers website folders that are
pre-designed for you and that you can
import in your website
so under arrange this is pretty
self-explanatory move front move back of
different
objects on your page but the same thing
you can do if you right click on them
for example
move to front move to back you can hide
them you can rename it and so on
so under tools there are several
additional menus that you're going to
use for your web designs for example the
style manager
which you're going to
define different styles for example for
your hyperlinks or for your texts
um that you are going to use for your
website you under verify links you can
view all the external links if they are
correctly spelled they are going to be
listed here and also stuff like
backup manager or animations or google
fonts there is additional google font
manager that you can use from here so
this is the ribbon you can explore these
settings and the next panel that we're
going to
see to explore is the site manager so
here is the structure of your website
all your pages all your folders
all your external files or pages that
you have will be listed here
and you can import export pages for
example from here new page
you can make new page from template you
can add external file or folder
you can import from here
and everything will be listed so by
clicking here for example if i create a
new page uh this page will be listed
here and i can simply switch
between pages and the same thing i can
do from here from these steps
uh so the properties panel is the same
properties panel you can use for you can
see for example in microsoft word where
the sec where the settings for your page
are
so for example you can change the file
extension of your page if you create a
contact form for example you might want
to change the file extensions to php
or the title of the page by default it's
called untitled page but you can change
it from here
or the width of the page which you can
also change from here by dragging this
thing
so for example the background color
you can also change from here
the language the
character set or the links
uh so normally for me i don't define
these link colors and stuff like that
from here i
do it from the style manager but
uh
if if you want to experiment you can
also do it from here
uh
so there are different things like meta
tags and stuff like that you can all
explore
so this is the basic
knowledge for the interface of wizardway
web builder in future tutorials as i
said i'm going to show you how to make
different types of websites and
different techniques that will make your
website look more professional thank you
for watching this tutorial
