carbs and august so i thought i'd give
you a quick video is posted his video

shoutout to everybody i was talking shit
you know you have to eat a dick
you let that man into the fuck you want
to do a away right now my math rose for
the horrible you want my own video about
our low eight weeks ago you know my
macros like 425 grams of carbs 70 grams
of fat
- 75 grams of protein now my car is a
300 protein 60 to 65 grams of that
meeting I don't go over 55 and I try to
get around 60 you know go 65 grams of
fat and I go 235 protein 300 carbs 60 to
65 years back
- 75 protein now you're wondering why I
drop my shit all the way down like that
will keep in mind got us
I don't like the little the whole half a
pound to a pound a week shit i don't see
how some of you guys do that
Bravo to you can I fucking congratulate
you but I about two pounds a week and
what I like to do wheels if you have
anybody have a meal plan
you already know this I believe in
gradually decreasing the carbs
so for example right I'm going forward
it and grab the card for whatever i'm
losing two pounds a week i'ma keep it
there even a pad and a half a week i
will keep that if I feel like I'm
looking later
but if I'm love that under a pound and a
half
anything under a pound and a half hour
drop car
same with the meal plan guys let's say
you're a week seven right you lose two
pounds or a pair of a half day on week
seven stay with those macros you get
under that go to the next week don't
just go from we ate week seven weeks
this week by week for know you don't do
that
okay you want the dads will last a while
so you know stay on that week if you
lose under power and a half
go to the next this is that what I'm
doing I kept let's have it for to go
into cars
I was like you know under a pound and a
half I go down to about 380 grams of
carbs maybe even a little bit of fat is
a little bit of Betty two or three or
maybe even four grams right go some more
I met 380 going to cause and losing a
pound and a half to pass whatever
everything is going good i get to the
portal i'm always lose one was under a
pound and a half i may go down about 350
grams of carbs may even keep the best
the same you know how I don't believe in
going two lower beds
I don't think I've ever put anybody
under 40 grams of fat today
I don't think I put anybody on the
footing on the better day
now okay so anyway so I draw some cards
keep going i believe in gradually
increasing the cars keeping a protein
house as possible keeping the best and
highest comfortably possible you know
i'm saying so I had to keep the fat high
enough to where you know my appetite to
satisfy my protein high as fuck and just
gradually drop called the premium where
I've been doing so right now I'm in
about 300 grams of carbs
truthfully I could I could possibly be
at about 340 grams of cars
however i cut my car do you know if you
can follow me you know we do a cardio
four days a week at 300 calories
well as you may or may not know i'm busy
trying to watch this fucking pre-workout
shipping
you know talk to the manufacturers and
all that shit I've been fucking busy
with my clients guide finish it busy
with personal shit getting way to
possibly move in the next couple of
months of looking at apartments and then
little town homes and should be quite
busy so you know I don't have time to go
to the gym in the morning do my cardio
and abs and they come back to the gym
and I do my living like I used to so I
just do two days according to a week at
about 200 to 300 calories depending how
to put it I feel like shit
I just do HIIT cardio session for 200
calories take me about 12 minutes i'm
done i'm feeling pretty good about i do
about 300 calories you know but i do two
days of cardio week with apps first
thing in the morning or if I oversleep
that day which happens quite a big clock
with a badly
I just do it right i balance my weights
alright so macro and grab the carbs 60
to 65 grams best to see if I protein
cardio two times a week 200 300 calories
with abs
you know I mean I like I say I could've
had my car up a little higher probably
could have had him up about 340 grams of
carbs a day if I was willing to do more
cardio and that's the part is all about
expending energy ladies and gentlemen
our bodies spinning energy
you got to be honest with yourself if
you're going to do the fucking car do
you can eat a little more but if you you
want to be lazy and you don't want to
your cardio
you're gonna have a sacrifice of food
you're gonna have to sacrifice some cars
you know because the only way you can
get into your fast storage you know pick
up a storage like the bank
you know if a storage is stored energy
you know calories is energy
ok so if you're not spending enough
energy to get into your store energy
you're not going to lose weight you know
I got to think about like the bank let's
say you make about I don't know three
thousand dollars a month
your bills are about 1,500 a month
that means you're going to have 1500
extra bucks to play with
that's just so you're going to have that
in savings or a checking account monthly
after about shit 10 months you've got
about fifteen thousand books I'm not
doing met at the top of my head but it's
a 50,000 bucks a month and how your body
works
you're taking in fucking 2,000 calories
a day but you're only burning a family
calories
today and about shit in marching
probably got about 10 pounds of fat same
way so you have to spin the energy so if
you're not gonna do the car do you need
to put the calorie
so anyway guys best one up to right now
