different macros i have training day

I have all day macros and I have a
refeed day metros ok this is my training
day Mac rooms
all right let me get you want my made
three different meal plan examples for
my training days that way while i'm
ready to eat I got to get on my fitness
pal and all that shit already know what
the fuck I'm going to eat the only days
i'm not going to follow these mill
players is days where I wake up and I
decide you know what I don't feel like
eating chicken out feel like eating in
the house
I'm ago today's or I'm gonna go to
chipotle oh I'm gonna go to subway
then I'm going to track everything
throughout the day to make sure hit my
macro for the most part I'm gonna follow
my meal plans
the t-shirt simple all right come have
you have a while to die
how you can follow back rows and you
follow your battles throughout the whole
day you get home and you realize you
only have like 15 grams of carbs left
some shit like that or you only got like
a 12 gonna protein left and I 50 grams
of carbs left
you know this way everything is playing
neatly and nicely and accurate and it's
really effective and less strain on the
brain
all right let me show you what you're
planning but i want to hold your alone
first
first and foremost my macros or 260
protein for 25 carbs 70 grams offense
right in the red you want these meal
plans everything adds up to these egg
macros ok
wake up in the morning middle one I
serve a good drive route 40 grams of
oatmeal three servings of liquid egg
whites let me show you
people overseas again what the fuck I'm
talking about
it's right here liquid anyways
alright so free surface of liquid egg
weighs three whole eggs bam later on me
a number to a scoop of peanut butter 32
grams 2 bananas 125 grams each scoop of
protein powder by isatori eat smart and
I want those frozen spinach in that
bitch
first micronutrients all right your
number three is going to be 5 ounces of
chicken and a bag uncle being brown rice
that's two cups of brown rice you know
before which is probably off
most likely my post-workout meal that's
going to be two scoops of whey with four
slices of pineapple post-workout most
likely instead of the Gatorade I'm gonna
switch off some fruits that way to get
27 for the day
all right then I'm gonna go with miller
5-7 ounces of 99 1 liter cooks catch up
I love got to have ketchup and yes i'm
going to wait it out
I tell the full of alcohol and I'm a
cook the potatoes are going to make
french fries
that's white potato so I'm use the olive
all to make my potatoes crispy
ok be my last year was going to be seven
pounds of turkey two more tablespoons of
ketchup and some white rice
now like I said I got like three meal
plan example I might fuck around and
make for all right if you happen to be
curious what my days eating i'll be like
our course in basic eating if you happen

to what I'm doing like I say that lesson
of the day playing ahead if you're going
to follow macro this five but you should
know what you're going to eat before you
go to bed for the next day
