in age and a good morning sunshine
yesterday was Denise's birthday it is
the 11th annual 11th right now so it
wasn't the best day to start like a
weigh-in and physical shape because we
wouldn't have Sunday brunch is really
nice place downtown
McCann Houston and it was wonderful but
we ate a lot of a lot of awful delicious
food
totally worth it but it probably did
affect my way today
I think I'm just making excuses for
myself just good
I was gained four pounds that's ok so
right now i'm sitting at a hundred and
3.2 pounds that's morning wait no food
on the stomach as of this morning and
just you know the starting weight for
this book that I'm about to be starting
or continuing I guess I had like a
little section where you know I was
obviously not
we're doing anything I was not lifting
so what we've been tracking my macros
didn't really want to stress myself out
anymore it's one focus on healing and
everything
now i feel healed back to the gym
working out still working out really
light slowly lower body unfortunately
but i am back
I'm actively unit was really nice i also
did Zeke update so from back inside i
like to see I try to set up somewhere in
my bathroom or something where I can do
it repeatedly so it's always like the
same kind
angle in the same direction so i can see
how changed about the mining makes me
look super white and pale because he's
like the bright light lights instead of
the like soft yellow lights but it's
only mine
I'm pleased with how my body is looking
because even though i feel that i've
lost muscle because i lost weight after
my surgery and I don't feel like
shredded right now so I feel like I've
definitely lost muscle in the process
but I still feel like I'm athletic
looking and fit looking and even though
I look a little softer to me
i think i'm just being kind of critical
of myself and really if i get back into
it everything is going to be on track
the way a kind of one it
I won't be starting another prep until
late april so i have a good for months
to catch put muscle on
I am still starting my bulk a little
modestly I'm starting at 260 carb 50 fat
and 130 protein which is a little high
of the protein side but I just feel like
i'm going to have a little more protein
and more carbs at this point we'll see
how i feel about that a couple days so
that's where i am starting at and today
we're going to run and
I believe I have time to grab some
groceries and all sales and pick up some
my fit foods or something because i
don't want to be eating out as much
because it's just not very accurate to
count your macros reaching out for
multiple meals a day is just doesn't
really make sense for my goals so that
is the game plan and i'm also working at
one with Ariana and we have a meeting at
three then
and I feel like something else is
happening tonight but don't know what it
is

what this blog is going to contain for

I just started my workout I said I
didn't have a value and Harper starting
to look like a family too cold out here
and there was making me feel kind of
warm forgetting that
whatever you want to like comment
so basically my rules right now for
myself or just don't let anything i'm
not going to hold you in my arms about
putting on my back so just machine work
and then bodyweight stuff and right is
here
he's training his wife me and Ariana
that
so we're doing but I can't obviously
they're doing spots and candy that's
kind of playing it by ear and doing my
hair

and I walked up swinging to like 50
grand
like three
engine sputtering

nope definitely not no step up on google

when I came in

well day one eating at home failure just
did a chipotle run for Devon and I
they're literally mid work out and he
was like you know what you pulled in
okay I'll pick some up for them do but
you can eat the sound starving in the
first shopping
i finally went grocery shopping
one of the things that got scarred and
salsa and chips you haven't tried garden
salsa sun chips
I wouldn't do it because you know I did
not eat them now and i will go over more
of what I got in tomorrow's blog have a
lot of big fun day planned tomorrow I'm
going to go film some stuff at a UNH
stadium and isn't that we found that is
going to be all for this blog so i hope
you enjoyed it and I'm excited to just
bring more content and kind of show you
all what I'm doing with my new year's
resolutions and stuff have been really
good at keeping up with them so far and
I'm excited about it
there's lots more coming and we had a
meeting today went well
