How to Extend C: Drive space size using AOMEI partition assistant

You can't merge in Disk Management so we have to use partition assistant
Among them Aomei is the best one...

Installing Aomei Partition assistant:

Installing aomei:
Download and unzip (Remember, disconnect internet before unzipping)
Install aomei and copy the crack file (.dll) in Application directory.
Finished( Don't connect internet while using aomei )

You can shrink any type of partition ( Logical or Primary) to size of your wish and allocate to C: drive
