jodis it's jodis and today I'm going to
show you how to set up your bandicam
software if you want to record your
desktop and you don't want to have
blocky or anything like that you want to
have clear and sharp uh pictures that
you can zoom in without getting too much
of artifacts and bad quality well I'm
going to show you how to do this and
it's pretty simple and a little bit
similar to an earlier tutorial we did on
how to record
uh gaml in high FPS with uh not getting
a heavy performance hit so we should be
checking that um you'll just go like
this go down to video and click settings
the first thing you need to check is
that you need to go over to options and
you need to make sure that recording
priority as in the middle here High
higher than normal priority otherwise
you might get some problems with
stuttering uh and the like that your
recording is kind of
stutters so basically what do you do
well you need to set up this little
section here so we're going to go with
presets no we're not but there are some
presets here we can use but we're going
to go to settings so select the
resolution you want to record at what
you want for this is definitely all day
full size this is going to record the
actual resolution of your screen which
is exactly what you want to record
now when you're recording something uh
on the screen you don't need 60 FPS you
can go lower so we're going to go to
this perfect value here
29.970 is the one you want the format
make sure it's mjpeg motion jpeg it's
going to offer you the best quality for
the least performance hit uh and you are
also going to go to Quality and set this
to 100 not yeah yeah 100 and if you
realize that the recordings you make
quickly amount to 20 GB which they will
uh you can set this to 95 but if you
really want to record good quality that
you can zoom in on you actually need 100
so set it to
800 so there we have that uh the audio
codec needs to be PCM and uh I would max
out the quality here uh it doesn't
really affect the performance much uh
but this will give you a clear nice
picture you can zoom in on uh and being
nice like that so hopefully it helped
