and welcome to my new video in this
video I'll show you how to take comma
separated tax and basically convert it
into roles for microsoft excel so
ok
all rights step one is you highlight all
the tax you copy it
I do ctrl c then you open up Excel now
just pasted into the first cell
ok now go to your data tab and I'll see
this option here text to columns click
on that
ok first we're going to convert it into
columns so it's separated by commas or
its delimited by , so select the limited
with Max the delimiters or set as tab of
your words are separated by tabs which
these are not , soul unselect that put ,
and you see here are separated
McCallum's
second one so relax and right here is
asking will take the data is this is tax
I'm just gonna leave this general
converting the problems so click finish
and now all those words are separate
columns
ok so now how I the entire line
I just click on number one and highlight
step higher area
ctrl-c to copy it now select the
different song
I selected a poor right click select
paste special and hear all the way on
the bottom right
the word transpose click on that and
click OK
there you have it it's actually pretty
simple to do what you know how to do it
