hi guys today using wondershare PDF
element we're going to learn how to
convert PDF files to Word or Excel
format so first thing I'm going to do
here is open my sample PDF as you can
see here
ok and then all i'm going to do is click
the convert pain and that's going to
give me a whole host of different file
formats that i can convert into so I've
clicked on word and as we see here is my
PDA sample i can choose my page range if
I see fit but all i need to do here is
just click convert
so it's just converting the sample now
into a . . x format and it's just put it
onto a default folder on my desktop
let me just open that and you'll see in
just a second
how it looks exactly the same as the PDF
file that we started both so combining
files is that easy
i'm just going to show you how to do it
you into a dot XLS or dot xlsx file
ok so there's a number of different
options here I can choose to enable OCR
to make the conversion simpler or to
allow me to get better results than that
so i can have been a number of options
here for excel but i'm just going to
retain the values without formatting as
we don't have any numbers here
so that's converting in much a similar
manner to how it did
using the dot dot X file and now as you
see joining the docx file in my folder
is a PDF sample that will open up in
Excel and there you see I now have a
spreadsheet that I could use
in place of the PDF file looking pretty
much exactly the same
