hi this is Lisa hi uncle eddie and i
want to show you real quickly here how
you can turn any word document into your
own PDF as a free report or ebook and
you just have to have microsoft word
2007 all you do is go ahead and name
your file and then what you want to do
is just do save as and if you hover over
the same as you will then get some
choices here and this is the choice you
want save as a PDF click on that and you
can name it and then you just click on
publish right down here you have some
other options here but for them it for
the most part if you just click standard
it'll work fine if you do have some
pictures in there sometimes you might
need to play around with some of these
options but when i hit publish you'll
see what happens here it takes just a
moment and then it'll open up right in
your your adobe reader and you should
probably have the most up-to-date
version so that you can see what other
people are saying one thing i do
recommend i'm gonna go ahead and close
this is when you're doing pdfs there's
something called properties and if we go
into down here and do prepare come up
here into properties click on that and
the reason you want to do this is i'll
show you again you want to have your
name in here the title of your document
i'm going to put usually what I do is I
put our power business entrepreneurs
website in here you can see it all
automatically is going to feel you can
do it as LLC or you can do it as your .
com
and so it just kind of helps give people
a little bit more information if they
have your document on their desktop and
they forget what came from
it's a good idea to have that so let me
show you this again now when I go to
prepare
I'm sorry save as PDF publish and it's
going to copy over the one that i
already have which is fine
oops now when i right click on here and
I do something called document
properties you'll see it shows up in
here and a lot of times people forget to
fill this stuff in or they've gotten a
document from someone else who started
it may be like Alicia and I do documents
together
and so you just want to be careful and
be aware that this stuff does show up
and make sure that it's it's clear for
people if they want a little bit more
information
