generate a PDF document from a word file

ok so we load up word and we're going to

download the file here

save that file down to your disk few
minutes we'll be sucked down
basically what keep PDF writer does is
it will create a printer on your
computer which is not really a printer
and but when you print to it it will
convert the file to a PDF instead of
actually sending to a printer is waiting
for that to download
ok after that fall is downloaded just
run it from wherever you saved it to
this guy is just the desktop if you get
this screen come up
just press run ok this will come here
just hit next
except next install and it's going to go
ahead and install that to the computer
now most for you will have this
component screen where it says cutepdf
writer must be used with the ps2 to PDF
converter
would you like to download and install
it for you you almost always want to
press yes
in this question if you get this so
that's just going to download that now
ok thats download you can't with a
little screen like this
just be patient and wait for it to
finish and then you get a read me file
here come up
just close that off now if you click on
start and control panel
you should see the cutepdf come up as a
printer in your list of printers

if we go back to word and we go down to
print
we can then press print and we can
choose the printer won't print from and
we're just going to cutepdf writer and
hit ok now to come and it's going to ask
me where I want to save as PDF are so
I'm going to the desktop
and call it mind you hey ya gonna hit
safe now if I mean was this in a few
moments it will appear on the desktop my
new PDF file . PDF
now i can then open that video follow up
and email video file and share with my
friends
