Apowersoft Unlimited: Every Apowersoft Desktop Tool on One Yearly Subscription
Apowersoft Unlimited is a $33.62-a-year subscription that turns on Apowersoft's paid programs, from the ApowerMirror phone mirroring app and the ApowerREC screen recorder to the ApowerEdit video editor and the ApowerRecover data recovery tool, on one account. It suits someone who wants at least two or three of them on Windows, and it's a poor buy if you only need one.
Apowersoft sells each of these programs separately, usually for around $39.95 a year on its own store. Once you want a second one, the bundle costs less than the two single licenses, and everything sits under one login.
Quick facts
- Developer: Apowersoft (Wangxu Technology Co., Limited)
- Price: $33.62 a year at checkout, renewing automatically at the same price (Apowersoft's own store lists $59.95 a year)
- License: Personal yearly subscription tied to your Apowersoft account
- What it covers: Apowersoft's product line, including ApowerMirror, ApowerREC, ApowerEdit, ApowerManager, ApowerRecover, ApowerRescue, ApowerCompress, Streaming Audio Recorder, Screen Recorder Pro and Screen Capture Pro
- Platforms: mainly Windows, with Mac, iOS and Android versions of some programs
- Free versions: most programs can be tried free, with limits such as watermarks
- Guarantee: 30-day money-back guarantee, for the reasons in Apowersoft's refund policy
- What we checked: the Windows download is a 1.81 MB web installer (Apowersoft Installer 1.1.1.2) that fetches the program during setup, and the yearly license was $33.62 on the order page, with the next renewal also shown at $33.62, on November 6, 2026. We didn't install the bundle or run its programs, so the program details below come from Apowersoft's pages and manuals.
Before you buy
Two programs on Apowersoft's list have moved. ApowerPDF is now LightPDF, whose accounts don't work with ApowerPDF accounts, and the Video Converter Studio page now hands you a RecCloud installer. Apowersoft's Unlimited page still names both, so don't buy the bundle for either of them.
It renews on its own. Plan to cancel before the year ends if you won't keep using it. Apowersoft's rating on Trustpilot was poor when we checked on November 6, 2026 (1.9 out of 5 from 241 reviews), mostly over support, activation and refunds, so try the free version of the program you care about first.

Overview
Apowersoft Unlimited isn't a single program with one window. You install the program you want, sign in with your Apowersoft account, and the account's VIP status removes that program's free-version limits. The small download you start with is a web installer that fetches the rest during setup.
Apowersoft's page describes it this way: the subscription "includes all products released on apowersoft.com," new ones included. In practice, the value comes from a handful of mature desktop tools, so judge it on the programs you'll open.
Features
Apowersoft Unlimited covers phone mirroring with ApowerMirror
ApowerMirror puts an iPhone or Android screen on your PC, with sound, and lets you control an Android phone with your mouse and keyboard. A single Personal lifetime license for it costs $40.10 at checkout, more than a year of this bundle.
Apowersoft Unlimited includes the ApowerREC screen recorder
ApowerREC records the screen, webcam and audio on a schedule or on demand, and Screen Recorder Pro and Screen Capture Pro cover lighter recording and screenshot work. If recording is your only job, ApowerREC's $44.76 lifetime license is the better deal over two or more years.
Apowersoft Unlimited includes the ApowerEdit video editor
ApowerEdit is a timeline editor for trimming, splitting, titles, filters, overlays and transitions, and it can turn speech into subtitles. The bundle removes the free version's watermark from exports.
ApowerEdit, one of the included programs, with its transition picker above the timeline.
Apowersoft Unlimited adds file recovery with ApowerRecover
ApowerRecover scans drives and memory cards for deleted photos, videos, documents and emails, then lets you preview and restore them. Sold alone it costs far more than this bundle, $63.96 a year at checkout, which makes it the program that most changes the math.
ApowerRecover, another included program, asks which file types you want to find.
Apowersoft Unlimited also covers phone tools and file compression
ApowerManager manages phone files from the PC, ApowerRescue recovers iPhone and iPad data, and ApowerCompress shrinks images, videos and PDFs. Streaming Audio Recorder captures audio playing on your computer. ApowerRescue's single license starts at $39.95 on Apowersoft's store.
Benefits
- Lower cost than two single licenses. The yearly price is below one single yearly license on Apowersoft's store.
- One login. There's one VIP account to look after rather than a separate license for each program.
- New programs come along. Apowersoft says the subscription includes products it releases later.
Real-World Uses
- A YouTube or course creator records with ApowerREC, cuts in ApowerEdit, and mirrors a phone with ApowerMirror for app demos.
- A family's one PC gets a phone manager, a screen recorder and a file recovery tool for less than the price of one of those alone.
- A support trainer captures screenshots with Screen Capture Pro and records walkthroughs with audio narration.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Buy it if you'll use at least two Apowersoft programs this year, especially if ApowerRecover is one of them. Skip it if you only want one program: a single lifetime license pays for itself within about two years and doesn't renew. Skip it too if you need a PDF editor, since ApowerPDF has moved to LightPDF, or if you dislike subscriptions. If reliable vendor support matters more to you than price, the Trustpilot record below is a real reason to look elsewhere.
Usage Guide
- Download and run the installer. It fetches the program during setup.
- At checkout, use the same email address you'll sign in with.
- Open the program, click the account icon and sign in. Your account shows as VIP once the order goes through.
- If it doesn't, paste the activation code from your order email into the account panel.
- Install any other Apowersoft program the same way and sign in with the same account.
Where it falls short
- Support is the weak spot. Trustpilot complaints about Apowersoft center on unanswered emails, activation after renewal, and refunds, rather than on any one program.
- The list has aged. Apowersoft's Unlimited page still names programs that have moved elsewhere, and several programs' manuals and pages date from 2017 to 2020.
- Programs differ. Each one has its own interface and its own supported systems, so check the one you want before relying on it.
- Not every extra is included in every plan. Apowersoft has told an ApowerREC buyer that some add-ons are optional paid upgrades outside the license.
What Users Say
We found no independent review of the bundle itself. What exists is Apowersoft's own testimonials, a company-wide Trustpilot score and scattered reviews of single programs.
Apowersoft's page (vendor testimonials)
The Unlimited page shows a 4.7 rating from 7 reviews. Keep in mind that the vendor picked these.
Daisy, London: "I have used Apowersoft Unlimited for three years and I am so amazed by your product. Your product is very easy to use, it provides the optimal solution for recording and managing my videos files and songs."
Pierre, France: "I could hardly believe it when I bought All Apowersoft Software for such a low price. I've been using all the programs for a long time. They are really useful. Though I've encountered a few bugs, but their technicians helped me solve them in time."
Alfredo, Spain: "This tool is exactly what I need. I'm a blog writer, and I often make how-to guides and videos for my readers. This program provides both screenshot taking and screen recording, which makes it so convenient to prepare materials for my blogs."
Trustpilot (the company as a whole)
On November 6, 2026 Apowersoft scored 1.9 out of 5 from 241 reviews. The stars are split: 57% five-star and 35% one-star, with few in between. The complaints repeat: emails going unanswered, activation codes and logins that stop working, unexpected charges, refund requests left open, and crashes.
Not all of it is bad. Anders Rasmussen gave three stars on September 29, 2025: "I have bought ApowerPDF in 2020 and all in all I have been satisfied with there product."
TechRadar (one included program)
Cat Ellis gave ApowerEdit 4.5 out of 5 in September 2017, listing a "Clear, straightforward interface," a "Great selection of tools" and "Plenty of export options," with one con: "Lacks some pro-level features (eg chroma-keying)."
The themes: people who get the programs running tend to like them for the price. People who need help from Apowersoft are the ones writing the one-star reviews.
Comparisons
Apowersoft Unlimited vs single Apowersoft licenses
One yearly plan costs about $39.95 on Apowersoft's store, so Unlimited at $33.62 beats even one yearly license. Lifetime licenses are the real alternative: ApowerMirror at $40.10 or ApowerREC at $44.76 at checkout are paid once. Over two years Unlimited costs $67.24, while a lifetime license of the one tool you need costs nothing more after the first payment.

FAQs
Does Apowersoft Unlimited renew at the higher $59.95 price?
Apowersoft Unlimited showed its next renewal at $33.62 on the order page on November 6, 2026, the same as the first year. Check your renewal notice, since a vendor can change prices.
Can I use Apowersoft Unlimited for business?
Apowersoft Unlimited Personal is the personal plan. Apowersoft sells a separate business plan at $99.95 a year on its own store.
Does Apowersoft Unlimited include LightPDF?
Apowersoft Unlimited is sold on apowersoft.com, while LightPDF has its own accounts and its own subscription plans. Don't count on the bundle for LightPDF.
Can I get a refund on Apowersoft Unlimited?
Apowersoft offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but only for the reasons its refund policy lists, such as a technical problem support can't fix, activation failure or buying the wrong product. A simple change of mind can be declined.
Do the programs stop working if I cancel Apowersoft Unlimited?
Apowersoft Unlimited is a yearly subscription, so VIP status lasts for the period you paid for. Plan on the free-version limits coming back once it ends.
Does Apowersoft Unlimited work on Mac?
Apowersoft Unlimited covers Mac versions where they exist, such as ApowerMirror, ApowerREC and ApowerEdit. Some tools, such as ApowerCompress, are Windows only.
System Requirements
- Windows PC for the desktop programs. Each one lists its own supported Windows versions
- Mac, iOS and Android versions for some programs
- Internet connection to install the program and sign in
- An Apowersoft account
Conclusion
Worth it if you'll use two or more programs. At $33.62 a year, Apowersoft Unlimited costs less than a single yearly license on Apowersoft's store, and adding ApowerRecover makes it cheap for what you get. The main reason to pass is Apowersoft's support record: at 1.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot, you should try the free versions first and assume you may be fixing problems on your own.
