hello everyone
and also known as my back with part 4 of
the planners series I am currently going
through a list a to Z of ideas of things
that you can put in your planner I
apologize this video is going up a
little bit later but actually filmed all
of this yesterday and I had a stunning
incorrect on my camera phone and it was
unusable I have my memory filming it
right now so hopefully the baby will
stay quiet
let me jump in shoot the video we are on
the letter E and I think I can get in
the letter asked as well so let's get
going first is exercise exercise in your
planner ok I actually don't have very
good examples of this currently only
eight weeks postcard on and I had to
have a caesarean
the baby and you don't get cleared to
start working out until like your
six-week appointment which actually just
how by three anyway as the point is I
don't have good examples in here
exercise but one thing that I like to do
is either up in kind of like a note
section here whatever your insert is if
you have kind of a new section or
perhaps that's the kind of taking it out
of my planner here I don't have it right
now
ok one minute in and I was already an
artifact one of my children and it sort
of lost my train of thought okay I would
think I was talking about exercise I
like to plug it in sometimes too like
the note and I had created a checklist
so this can say exercise and have three
checklist if I'm hoping to get three
workouts and during the day or maybe I
was actually just schedule it in trying
to see you know I was like I said I was
pregnant
these weeks and then waxing obvious
cause this is mark but when I was
pregnant the beginning of March ok wow
mommy brain so you don't have any
exercise from the end of pregnancy but I
like to plug it and if it's an
appointment because if you think about
it it's hard to find time to exercise
and a lot of us may not always be able
to exercise at the same time every day
so we may not be able to go to the gym
immediately after work on our way home
for dinner or something like that we
might have to do it in the morning on
Monday and do it in the afternoon on
Tuesday Wednesday's no good at all and
so forth so I liked actually scheduled
it into my planner which I'm going to
start doing probably not next week I
haven't decided yet so anyways
those are two good way of putting in the
notes section and kind of a checklist
simple yes he didn't know you didn't
maybe even a little bit of room to write
down what you did you even scheduled a
in your time to ensure that you get it
now
exercise can be a whole planner
certainly a whole section so I am going
to stop there and actually saying it as
soon as the a tizzy planner series is
finished
I'm going to go ahead and do an entire
video devoted to tracking exercise and
fitness and food blogs in all of those
kinds of things it will be a separate
video i feel like i cant of you know
skimp on the information for the head
but like I said I think it it bears its
own video and I will do that later take
care of the baby right guys
oh my goodness cross your fingers
actually make it through this video and
my children do as well
ok so the first he was exercised the
second E is education now again this is
actually worth an entire video in it and
its own right and I will do that
especially come closer to back-to-school
season I am home school mom and there's
certainly a lot of ways to use a planner
as a teacher whether you're in a school
system are in their home schooling your
kids and in fact I'm gonna grab my
players just right over there
alright so I'm not going to deal Walker
anything I have done this is my Erin
Condren horizontal and I know it's
doomed in so you can see the whole thing
I've done as the first video on this so
go ahead and check that out while you
wait as you can see I keep track of our
lesson plan I'm completely separate and
a separate binder I'm actually going to
try a plummet paper planner teacher
planner for this upcoming school year
and like I said when I get to that time
I will do a detailed post again on what
I did last year as kind of follow up and
then I have my new plan are set up for
the the new year so that's it you're a
teacher but I know a lot of you guys
might be like maybe a mom and you're
trying to continue your education in the
evenings maybe you work full time or
part time and you're also going to
school and maybe even in high school
grade using a planner I'm so sorry baby
I'm back again in the case of being more
of a student either part-time or
full-time and the things that I will
offer currently are really use your
monthly calendar this is where you
should have all of your due date maybe
even at the beginning of the semester
that you should head in your weeks plug
in your class schedule to send to you
can have it memorized because even
though you might have a summer school
binder where plan our clients and takes
time out of your day so if it takes time
out of your Monday to go to class you
want to market at least for a while
after a while it becomes habit for the
semester you don't need to read it in
every single time maybe only need to
know how important things like no class
for instance that you can get more done
that day whether it's studying our house
working on that kind of thing and
utilize the month
Brad for tax now I would use mine
tried-and-true to trek that I shared my
last part 3 when I talked about D
doctors appointment and how I have the
trick for writing the time automatically
I write the time anywhere from five to
fifteen minutes before the actual
appointment and I you I would use that
same trick for deadline so the deadline
was the 28th I would actually market the
deadline was on the 26th or instant and
I have automatically given myself a
two-day bumper for like a sickness that
knocked me out for a day that I had
planned to study it is not for
procrastination I treat the 26th as the
duty and not the 28th so I don't go with
this mentality like I don't have to work
on and on the 25th cuz it's not really
do till the 28th I say oh my goodness
it's due tomorrow on the 26 I need to
get my rear in gear and do it today and
I have that buffer for true emergencies
and not across the nation and I know
it's hard but that's one way of kind of
trick myself and motivating myself to
get things done so that I arrived on
time to appointment with the five to ten
to fifteen minute rule early and I also
applied that same thing too late papers
to deadlines and useful trick but back
to why he would want to put things like
that in your personal planner if you
also have a school cleaner and again
it's because you need to schedule your
life around your studies whether your
part time or full time that's a big deal
you're paying money somebody's helping
by paying your money or your getting a
scholarship you don't want to waste
their time or your own time their money
or your own money and it's just a good
work I think so if you know that you
have a paper due this is not a good day
to plan a girls night out where your
gonna stay out all night or something
like that you don't want to plan
big man big birthday party it's as much
as you can avoid planning a huge things
near major due date it's just why and so
that's why I would recommend even if you
have a completely separate binder with
all of your due date for your school
that's great because that helps you find
out how you're going to study but this
is what's going to make sure that you
don't overbook yourself and leave
yourself too little time to study and
put into your work so not is my tip for
this planner video and again as school
gets closer I'll get more detailed have
a ton more videos into my homeschool
binders and any other tips I can glean
if you are a non home school teacher and
also if you worries do it next e
equipment info now I interpret equipment
very loosely and I forgot to start this
list I need a list like this for myself
and as you can see I have sort of semi
labeled my adam's ok I have to show you
this if you saw yesterday on periscope
course now I got branded dividers from
time to play on and I think the shop is
actually it's time to play on and then
on Instagram Instagram name is time to
play on 920 work but has the cutest
stuff this is my plan with on a Dodge
bored and this is her this is time to
plan on divider that she sent me as I
dream in gold and then I have you and me
and then I have no my notes section
dream big and then I have my list
section life is beautiful and this is
actually a post it note that over with
some private information that's not part
of the Dutch divider and then I actually
have two more you were born to sparkle
way in the back then using a kind of a
page left her
is wonderful ok so that was me being
excited about my new dividers and
getting also to my list section
equipment info so this is very cute
miscellaneous list that I don't have one
labeled equipment and I really need one
because this is what it would look like
if I would probably decorated with washi
I would label equipment and it was just
it would look something like this is
gonna show you how I have listed here is
a list for my husband and I was working
on one afternoon as my homeschool wish
list and on the back some things I look
for drug sales now that it's somewhere
and of course their stores or even
Craigslist this is what my list would
look like for equipment and I would
simply write down say printer and
underneath the printer I would put down
right giving the baby has passed and I
would break down the number or the brand
or whatever information I needed that
way when I'm in the store buying ink I
can't remember what I need it would be
right here in my planner you have a lot
more or an appliance that has warranty
information you have an account number
maybe you have a model number maybe you
have a favorite color nail polish and
lipstick and he want to write it down
this is interpret equipment list of very
broadly and you could put anything in
there I would say I don't recommend you
know making your left
labeling equipment list and then walking
around your whole house just adding
everything at this point I would just
make the list and leave it blank until
such a time you say you need to get a
new printer and at that time then I
would add printer your printer ink name
and compile the list as you go with
things
equipment list I actually some equipment
info that summed up the ladder and I
want to try to move on to the latter
half so might be a little bit longer but
I'm gonna get it all in
first up is safe now I actually have a
completely separate book that I keep all
my stuff in so let me put you through
this is my foxy fix left at each size
and stress over brown color traveler's
notebook and all of the books that I
have inside of it right now are from
this gal she is a large journals I've
been very happy I feel like her stuff is
good quality and hear you but I find
that's important because I burn through
booklets really quickly
keep changing my stop and I promise to
do a full like setup video of their at a
later time when I really just wanna show
you is my faith related things which are
all in here so I have this first book
which I like to be artsy with orange
tape and Project Life cards like my
daughter actually wrote on this one for
me a lot of them all right on sometimes
it's covering my private information and
that way I can whip this out
me in a coffee shop or even a carrot in
race something down but still keep
things so much hype it this is a tab I
just punched out some paper cardstock
and I glued it over both sides of the
tab for me is this prayer I have to show
it to you this way because I would like
to keep my prayer list on her side
private I just hand wrote on an Avery
label that I trained to the size I
wanted for the label adjustable is that
I just I love this
this is my quote book things that I've
read like I'm reading AW Tozer I also
like to put down the scripture allows me
to use different funds if I want or I
can just got to jot something down very
quickly like this is more my normal
quick fast handwriting and I wanted to
get down the information I can do it
that way
my next booklet I took it out from when
I was filming yesterday usually is
actually in the elastic but this is my
sermon notes this is my sermon notes so
I actually take this into church and i
right now known as I'm listening to the
fuhrman there's so much nicer lot of
times it's virtually impossible to ten
or something like that or I'll use
scraps of paper and I really like to
have them all together I don't
necessarily look back over them in need
them but I have them and you know I'm a
paper person it really helps me learn
about supervised learning style to just
be able to do you have a pen in my hand
ball in with any time so I'll jot down
my sermons and the reason it out is
because what's nice is I can just take
out this one booklet like carrying too
much as I have the baby in his carseat
the diaper bag for both the baby in the
toddler have the toddler I have my Bible
maybe I'll have the whole traveler's
notebook or maybe just a booklet and I
have my four-year-old my six-year-old
and it's a lot to kind of toe into
church so I like that I have the option
of taking this out if they need it and
then I just have a booklet more like to
do
mixed media type journaling and I want
to turn this into leaky see people do
Bible darling gorgeous friends in their
Bible I don't prefer to do it my Bible
but I would love to do some spring is
here once I'm not you know nursing a
newborn every other men
it feels like and then this is just kind
of an that's crap but I had been using
for a bunch of different things and I
really dislike that its kraft paper so
far really want to just scroll a note or
even tear something out because I might
be a church in need to share piece of
paper I have it so real quick that I
have my faith you know put in a booklet
you can certainly put it in your mean I
know so many people who will take any
space left over from their day and even
like around all of this format jot down
the memory of something like a gratitude
that happening and I'm you can have an
answer to know you know you could even
have seen the somebody will have a
calendar like this with a very small
space because the idea is not to be
overwhelmed by the page and they will
write you know something they're
grateful for each box or if its larger
three things we're grateful for and so
you can just you can do anything you
want but that is the first at which they
pay the next one its favorite list
already sort of showed you might not
care my list
action instead of the thing like my
favorite books these are actually books
that I am currently reading which I just
realized you can check this one off I
finished this one I have another one to
add cos I'm not reading Breakfast at
Tiffany's right now I picked up a
different one for this could be a list
of your favorite books are listed books
you want to read and this can be your
favorite I hope your favorite movies
your favorite TV shows your favorite
makeup brands your favorite color is
your favorite why she takes your
favorite or anything that is a favorite
of yours or they collect as information
you may wish to play here and a lot of
times you can you go especially taking
player on the go against your favorite
nail polish your favorite
I don't know you like your favor
brand of cereal and it's on sale you can
put that in there and you have a
preference and you can grab that serial
on sale or maybe it's your you know your
kids favorite meals they have a list of
your kids favorite stuff which is what I
do with my kids list these are my two
oldest my six-year-old my four-year-old
and I have a list of all their favorite
things and I've talked about this in
part to talk about Christmas list that
this is what I refer to when I'm a
Christmas list I know that my son loves
reptiles and any kind of animal legos
anything related to science especially
experiment and played out if I'm stumped
for ideas for him I can pull from
probably a thing on this list anything
related to any of these and more than
likely I'll pick a winner so list of
favorite less especially if you are a
charge of other people might be nice to
have other people's favorite list but I
just said so you can pull from the very
last is trying out for the third time in
this video I'm going to say that
finances deserves its whole whole video
to itself because you can have an entire
separate binder and system and I want to
show that I want you give good details
call us a two day tho to come and get
you started if you're doing nothing or
you're not sure where to start
is that I think at the very least and
your personal you wanna be marking down
when money is coming into your home so
however many incomes your household has
whether it's a one or more and also you
want to mark down when money is going
out now I'm in a unique situation
perhaps where my husband is actually
very on top of money he was actually an
accountant before he became a passer so
she has his own system he tried to let
me for a while back I mean he's an
accountant he knows how to
he has his way i'm happy to let him have
it it works out great for us so I don't
even need to mark when money is going
out of her home because of the way he
gives me the money I need to function
and we try to have meetings to make sure
we're not scheduling say a vacation or
trip to the zoo rate after money is
going out for instance to pay a bill so
that's why I think you should have it in
your main even if you have a really good
systems that read in another binder or
section because of what you're just
showing yourself with the money in and
the money out when is a good time to
invest in something like 12 good time to
buy that new so well you know right
after painting or how many pay periods
and paychecks to me to receive before
you could just then if so and you know
you don't want to play on your vacation
right at the end of the pay period maybe
unless you're a specifically citing
stuff aside I hope all of that make
sense it helps to keep me from spending
the little bit right when you're
strapped for cash and you get to the end
of the month and have nothing are you
even going into debt
a little bit simply by having your
paydays and when money is going out I
think can help make help you make wise
choices when you're going to spend money
so I'll leave it at that
and again I will be doing an exercise
and fitness related I will be making an
education with your student or a teacher
video also be doing a finance or budget
video those three all on their bikes I
have finished this a TV series and I

not as long as I thought it was going to
