welcome back to another player video
Annie I'm so glad to be back with
another planner video for you guys I am
doing part two of this series but I
started a last week which was going
through a list of things it is de that
our ideas free to put your planner
originally got this list from the public
out Posey which I will link below wanna
go of her credit for having come up with
the list I added a few things in taking
office he things from her original list
but otherwise it's the same and the
whole point is to give you ideas if
you're a beginner on how to use your
planner and if you're a fan experience
cleaner user maybe you wanna just really
optimize your planner set up so let's
get started on my previous video we did
letters A through be and today for sure
we will get through the letter C so here
we go
the first thing on the list I'm trying
to read it here we go
his contacts now this one is actually
fairly obvious
her purchased a cleaner my cum of
inserts and it might actually have
contact information pages in so here is
an example of a blanks that I believe
came in the case
paid and I and it just will have the
information available sometimes the lead
tab a disease it just depends now in
this digital age I know it's not very
popular to have contacts written down in
address book but I think you can be very
valuable if you're ever in an emergency
situation you can't access your phone
for you and need to look something up or
maybe you are in emergency where your
phone is dead or you know your car is
stolen or something like that you know
you just hate to be in a situation and
need to have a number memorized and not
habit with you I'm so I only keep really
important numbers in here again just for
the sake of an emergency and of course I
can't show you and what I have written
down because of privacy but friends and
my my husband would be on here and maybe
my father Mark as he is in the area and
he would be like my secondary emergency
contact if I ever needed to be picked up
with my car died or something like that
and I just want to be able to have those
numbers maybe if you have teenagers and
they have cloned a good idea to have
them written down also you may wish to
put frequently called people in an
address book maybe you're constantly
calling your doctor or your pediatrician
maybe a pharmacy I don't know anything
like that might really benefit you have
their name written down possibly an
account number
or reference number or some details
gonna be different for every person just
how how you feel about like the privacy
and and what information you feel
comfortable having in your planner some
of us carrier players around like a
wallet so if it's on par with like a
driver's license we're going to protect
our driver so he's been there for
working to protect our plan are others
of us will have a work plan or maybe
that would just be sitting often open to
calendar section may be on your does
that mean it may not be the best player
to have any sensitive information or
information in but again you know your
personal comfort level and where players
going to be so like I said just just a
few contacts maybe a few of your phone
died and you couldn't get to them would
be really beneficial another tip but I
will throw in real quick at the end of
is don't bother having the entire set of
address pages and don't worry about like
the ADA's eat out if you're only gonna
have a few addresses or excuse me a few
contacts and phone numbers in your
planner and don't worry about putting
them in alphabetical order put them in
like order of writing down your order of
importance because more than likely only
have say six maybe a dozen actual
contacts in your planner and it is super
quick and easy to just kind of skim
through paid for it to the other side
and find one you want as opposed to
dealing with a lot of blank space and
having an entire address section
obviously you benefit from having an
address or contact by all means do the
whole thing in there before just going
to keep a few of those emergency numbers
that's what I would recommend is just
having a couple of pages and just
putting an order super quick to try to
find the one you want
alright so that his contacts for the
letter C
next letter Z thing he's actually
Christmas list now bear with me know
it's only May 1st stop how quickly did
we get to me right so it's going to be
that quick before it's november december
and we're already facing Christmas
so I think it's never too early to start
planning for the holidays and in fact I
have a two part series from last october
ha main channel I believe it's called
holiday planning where holidays in your
plan or something to that effect I'll
try to link below
also trying to create good playlists so
you can easily refer back to my other
videos but I'm super busy with my new
morning kids so I i do it as I have time
sorry for the slight digression ok so I
i have two part video series where I
talk about holiday planning in your
planner and definitely check that out
for more details but for now when I keep
all the time is a list like this just a
simple one piece of paper for some notes
I'm already starting to think about
travel plan on I'm already thinking
about kind of like a makeup Christmas
holidays with family that will need to
schedule because it won't happen at
christmas I'm trying to decide to get my
mind wrapped around the idea of
Christmas cards because there's a decent
amount of work that goes into it you
want to really good photo and whatnot so
I have this list for things that they're
not a project yet but I need to kind of
see them coming up and it's good to be
prepared to be ready and as I think if
things I like to have them organized in
a nice but I'm so if you travel you know
now that's the time you might want to
start looking into when you're going to
travel or maybe this is your year to
hosting you want to make sure that
you're starting to plan with all of the
people's schedules that you have to do
you know coordinate with or maybe this
is just the time to plant the seed and
other family members mind if you're
going to be working with them and
scheduling things or trips you don't
wanna wait till the last minute for
cleaning reasons for stress reasons and
of course for prices as far as like
flying are traveling and you want to get
all of that figured out so I always have
a list close five rankin Johnstown
Christmas related things the other thing
I also do is I keep a page for each of
my family members so this is my
and my six-year-old son my four-year-old
daughter my 17 month old and my newborn
and I keep a page and this is the best
example here
foreign six-year-old I keep a list of
the things that they're interested in
their hobby is what makes them happy and
also their sizes and this helps me
throughout the year to just kind of keep
an eye on who are they and what do they
like so when it comes time to buy
Christmas presents or even a birthday
present I have at least some ideas if
they haven't given me any specific and
honestly sometimes when kids give you
specific items it's not an option it
might be out of your price range or
maybe a ridiculous toy cars there are
some that are just plain ridiculous and
I want to help guide my kids and this is
perfect if you like to grab sales
throughout the year so sometime in
October you might be in the store and an
amazing Lego set is on sale I can pick
it up for my son and I know that he
likes Legos and they're taking care of
just a little bit of Christmas shopping
and I've gotten it done early so this is
a great weight
ideas and I haven't created it yet I
need to probably just right here on this
back sheet of paper this'll be more of
the extended family so nieces and
nephews my grandparents my kids
grandparent people like that and they
can be even harder to black two-by-fours
so a lot of times I'll just may I have
made a habit of having conversations
with any of you just finished a book a
daughter sitting here but if your lunch
I'm having conversation with any of
those family members and hobby comes up
your favorite color or they just read
this amazing book like to try to jot
those things down and keep a lid
list by there with their name so that
way when christmas time comes and goes
hard to purchase for people come on my
list I have some ideas at least know
something about them you know and I can
kind of go from there so I think that is
a great idea to have in your planner all
the time
pretty much as soon as Christmas is over
a certain you she and I just keep
running less the next thing on the list
in the C section is cleaning now there
are so many ways that you can have a
cleaning checklist or you can log
cleaning path in your planner you could
have an entire section I don't mean an
entire section you could use a checklist
like this and these inserts are from so
much crafting their her I don't know how
that tracker or just tracker I'm not
exactly sure the name of it but it's
completely blank you fill in everything
you want on the side and then it has a
square for each of the days of the week
that you can color and and Mark whether
you've accomplished something so you can
see I have some habits as well as some
cleaning and this is actually just zones
I call them in my house where we tend to
get a lot of clutter so anytime i tidy
them awkward declutter those spots so
it's cleaning relevant and then these of
course like bathroom I recommend dr.
actual cleaning things so you know I
mean I look at this was then I think wow
I need to kick myself in gear cuz i
didnt vacuum once this last this was
last week that I used this and I also
didn't actually . last week but hey at
least you know so there's that
so this helps you see what you're
slacking on how do you see I clean the
bathroom yesterday will no in fact I did
not it was a couple days ago and you can
see the frequency that you do things you
can also see your problem areas so this
is a great tool and then
NIU's the colors I know they're really
light hard to see the highlighters right
there but I used highlighter marker is
in the same thing so here's some kind of
chores things and tidying things here
and there so that is another way to
track chewers or cleaning checklist in
your planner really what I deal with my
weekly section what we're really used
most frequently and habitually is either
in my weekly is or like in this format I
have a blank page instead of a week on
two pages I just keep a list so down
here have the washing machine sticker
and I have three circles because the
major loads I get done every week are my
husband's and my laundry the kids
laundry and like powell's sheets linens
that kind of thing so basic week I get
three major loads done and I know what
they mean so i didnt write them in this
time I've written them in in the past so
here this is the mantra hangers kids are
laundry towels sheets so I can see that
I got everything done but a load of
towels here somewhere cleaning the says
to clean and I have the baby's room
floors which is usually mop vacuum in
the bathroom and sometimes I actually
plug any kind of time it out in my
calendar solely for instance Tuesday I
figured I'd have more time and it would
be a major laundry day I also have on
Wednesday a sticker to clean because I
probably have the most time and I will
also spend time cleaning the bathroom
and things like that doesn't always work
out that I can actually plan out when
I'm going to do my tasks which is why I
also keep you know I want to clean the
windows and in a checklist format also
so that way I can see when I actually
got done versus when I may have planned
to do so there's some ideas for how to
keep track of things in your planner I
know I think people even sell like the
fly ladies
own stickers on Etsy as well as possibly
in the search so if you're familiar with
the ladies own cleaning and that
interests you or you're currently using
that system I know it's just about the
most popular song that I've heard of and
you can probably do you know just search
on ads the fly lady and and come up with
stickers and inserts and things like
that to help you if that is your
preferred method let's see what comes
after the last thing in the sea and I'm
gonna have to wrap it up with the letter
C I think in this video are a coupon
codes now I made sure I got them to
cover up these coupon codes cuz I did
not they were specifically just for me
and I did not want to give you a code
that I that was just for my personal use
again now it didn't make sense let me
start over
ok coupon codes I don't do couponing
like for groceries or stores in my
planner you can search on youtube I know
so many people have coupon binders and
grapes this time so that to you and it
relates to this topic please see their
videos because I just know they can do
do that better than I can cause I don't
do it may never have to use the coupon
codes they do keep our for a tea shops
the five purchased stickers from a shot
before the Sun will send you a think you
code and I have kept track of those I
read on the sticker shock I wrote down
when it expires
how much it is for and then in a
sufferer please I have written down what
the actual code is for the purpose of
this video because I guess I didn't
wanna they sent us specifically to me
for my own personal use not for me to
share and that's another thing sometimes
when you're going through Instagram
either the sticker company where
somebody who
who has a large Instagram account in
frequently purchases from a sticker
company they might receive a coupon code
that they're able to pass out to the
rest of us and that 21 I have this handy
little section and you can type down
your way down your information and be
able to use that for your next purchase
so that wraps up the things that I had
the listed for the letter C
of things that you can put in track in
