hi all i'm just going to show you a
guide to transfer your contacts to a new
nokia lumia 800 or any other Windows
Phone device from your old phone if you
haven't seen my other video showing you
how to transfer it direct from one phone
to another click on the link that's
popped up now if you have tried this and
it's not white or you want to do another
way what you can do is do it through
your pc via office outlook first thing
you need to do is transfer your contacts
from your device on to outlaw it should
be possible by synchronizing it through
your pc's we do itunes or whatever using
pending on the phone if it doesn't
automatically you need to go into the
settings and they should be an option to
think without look once you've done this
you will need to download the outlook on
male connector this basically allows you
to connect any hot bell or Windows Live
email with outlook for somebody by
default it doesn't work so you've got
two options really just download the
normal vector version for most computers
if you've got 64-bit as version here
once you've download and install that
you just need to go into outlook go to
account settings this can be the found
like I've shown here or it may be in
tools then account settings you want to
go into the email tab and create a new
email select other and you want max off
outlook on male connector and to your
details as you normally would
once you've done this is on the
advantage you can actually call it
something so i'm just going to call this

of your list and now you should see it

any of the folders they just make sure
it loads up properly you'll also see the

on on the outlook contacts it may
actually be in different one depending
on how you've got your account setup but
my contacts are in here so for example
if I wanted to transfer this contact
over to my windows live account all i
have to do is click on it
hold down the control key and then drag
it you'll see a little plus icon there
what that will do is copy the contact /
rather than moving it which will mean
you don't lose it off your computer so
you've always got backup on here and
you've also got it on your windows live
account and let's say you don't
