explore your email data off into a PST
file for future you use or importing
into another email program
so first I love with file

personal folder file or a PST file
so choose the PST file option on next

archive folder

I would just import the inbox it's not
the inbox click on finish

so what we've done is we've he backed up
the files in the inbox and then restored
them back
from the back up that we created
