Movavi Video Editor Review and Tutorial
Watch as I create a video using Movavi Video Editor
Download trial: http://www.movtrials.com
First of all, I don't work for this company.. I am a freelancer who builds websites and small business advertising commercials. I have used a lot of video editing software tools, but the Movavi video editor is my number one recommended tool for anyone who wants an affordable video editor loaded with expensive options.
With the Movavi Video Editor, you can import multiple video clips, audio files, photos or directly record your screen or online videos to import (if you have the bundle with Movavi Screen Capture Studio).
You can professionally rearrange the clips, photos, and audio just the way you want it and add many different types of transitions, fades and effects to create the perfect video or slideshow. In fact, when you're done, you would think it was professionally created!
MY SUGGESTION
If you want the most out of your video editor, then purchase the Movavi Screen Capture Studio for just $10 more which includes the video editing software but gives you the ability to screen capture your desktop and record video from your desktop.
You can also upgrade to the Movavi Suite which has even more tools and options (my recommendation for enthusiasts) for $10 more and have absolutely all the tools you need to start your own commercial, slideshow or video creation business.
Thanks for watching the video tutorial and Movavi video editor review.

hey guys my name is chris i do a lot of
freelance work for web designing and
videos for small businesses and i've
been using a very cool to lately by
movie their video editor to do a lot of
my videos and small commercials and i
want to show you exactly how that works
you have a better idea for something
that you want to use or not
for what it is you're doing now what i
do recommend first of its kind of follow
along with me and you want to download
the latest version of this movavi video
editor you can visit their website by
going to M ov trials . com that links
also under this video if you click on it
it'll take you straight to their page
download the latest version of the movie
video editor and install it on your
computer and when you do you're going to
come to a screen like this here now when
you're here you want to make sure you go
to import button you can import all the
files that you need to make your project
with and you can import just about
anything and and just remember to this
isn't used just for you know making like
commercials or really fancy videos but
this is also perfect if you are just
someone who wants to make a slideshow or
collage or or something for your family
for a vacation for a wedding
anything like that you can you can put
together a really nice masterpiece using
this tool and I'm going to want to kind
of go through and show you some of the
effects and things you can do with it
so the first thing is you want to add
your media files you can do that by
clicking this button or if you've got a
DVD or there's other options here you
can use taking a screencast capturing
video recording audio or even voice
overs
so once you have your content i've
already have mine on here you want to go
to media
oh and by the way you will see up here
that i am also using the 70 trial
version and that's because i want to
show you what the limitations of the
trial version are and how you can get
the full version
so where you are no longer restricted to
that so once you download it and you're
using up and you got your files
I'm gonna take my video clip here that i
have and drag it down to the timeline
and this is just a short video I made of
me being on YouTube for like a minute or
so and you can see I drug it down here
to this line or this track and if you
clear the left you can see a little
video clip icon and that's where the
video goes and then the t is for titles
and
can add titles here by going to your
title button here and you can also add
audio files here on these two lines and
you can add more if you want to overlay
that way you have images or if you have
clips multiple clips you want to put
together or overlap you can do that by
clicking this down button you can add
additional tracks to it
ok so now that we have this attitude on
here to play it and it is so exciting
isn't it is just wonderful to look at no
not really it's absolutely boring so
let's see what we can do to spice it up
first thing we want to do is we're going
to add some audio i want to go over here
and let's just use this one straight
down the audio track and now we can play
it
okay so now we've got some music with it
helps a little bit
so what can we do to make it even better
well what I'm going to do is we're going
to drag this little bar over here and I
want to cut my video clip in half
not really in half is going into parts
it's not half and you want to make sure
that whatever file you're working on
down here is the one that selected right
now you can see the orange outline on
this audio file which means
that's the one that I'm working on so I
want to work on the videos on to make
sure that i click it you can see that
its outline now and what I want to do is
I want to come over and click the
scissor button and it's going to split
it
ok you can see it's two parts now
now if i had the audio selected it would
have split instead of the video that's
why you got to make sure you have the
right
p selected up here that way you know
what exactly it is just you're working
one
ok so now we have these done if i try to
move this
it's only going to go back to the
beginning of the second part and that's
because that is the only one that i have
selected if i want to take this thing
clear back to the beginning to try to
watch it all
you can either unselect all of them like
I just done by clicking outside the box
or you can select both of them by drop
by just dragging or holding down and
clicking and shift clicking and so what
we want to do is we want to add some
kind of an effect rate
here to kind of make it look a lot
better so what you want to do is go over
to your fades
now once you're in the fades you have a
lot of different transitions here you
can use and I like the blurs and so I'm
going to use a blur in and i'm just
going to drag it in between the two
clips
ok now you can see it is here
so what I want to do is I'm going to
select these files and we want to go
back and watch and see what happens now
a little bit of a fade but because the
image is the same it didn't make that
much of a difference so let's get rid of
this one and instead let's do a blur out
we can do a circle in let's do this one
here and see what it does and straight
back
still not a very good one so let's try
one more
delete that one and let's see what we
got on down here
ok here's across zoom in now this one's
going to actually make a little bit of a
zoom so if it's a if it's something
that's not moving is going to make a
stand out a little more
so we'll put that there oh you can also
right click and it gives you a lot of
options and you can see here with his
play all
so if you click that is going to start
back and play it okay that's much better
ok but it's still very boring now if I
move this on down through here you're
going to see that at a certain point
about right
and here i start scrolling so from here
all the way to hear nothing happens what
I'm going to do since we have the video
clip right here is I'm going to go down
to
we're start scrolling actually just do a
few seconds before start scrolling about
right here
make sure my video box is the only one
clipped or selected and I want to clip
it again
ok so now we just made another section
but what I want to do now i want to get
rid of this one
so just hit delete it gets rid of it
let's move this back here and I want to
drag this whole piece back to the
beginning one
now we're going to have to add our
transition again because I deleted that
section which had to transition in it
just add it and let's play all
ok you can see here i clicked on the
video and it took me to a new page so
instead of just watching the internet
you know kind of change to switch over
to Page we can add another transition
here to make it stand out more so what I
want to do is go back to right before it
changes over so say about right here
it's right there and I can also use this
button here to zoom in if I want to get
to get more precise and you can get very
precise with it by zooming in but I'm
not too concerned about that right now
so we'll just go right here
actually it's good one more
there we go ok and select this video and
clip it all right and now we're going to
add another
let's do let's do a space
let's do this one here ok and let's play
all
ok so you can see how adding transitions
can make a huge effect even if all here
dawn is just scrolling and clicking on
the website and so we're going to do it
one more time
right here when i leave and you can see
from here to here
I don't like this because there's really
nothing here in this section so from
let's take it from here
sure only this video selected and want
to clip it and then I want to go over to
here and clip it again and then i'm
going to remove this dead piece i'm just
going to click it and click delete
it's going to take it out there and
we're going to add one more transition
and let's just kind of scroll down here
and see what we got there are so many of
these to go through and there's really
only a few of them that i use but let's
just use this one here and let's go back
and play it through one more time
yeah
yeah
yeah
ok and so that is pretty much how easy
it is to work with this and what makes
us great is if you have a lot of photos
that you're using for maybe an event
that you done you can just stack these
photos side by side each other and go
through these faiths and put them in
between them
so each time it goes from photo to photo
you're going to have some kind of a
really neat transition and then there's
additional effects you can add to it
that's going to make it stand out more
if you want to use those and then
there's titles you can add to it i'm not
going to get into all that right now the
video is already 10 minutes long so but
once you're done here you can see my
audio goes clear down here way past the
video so I'm going to take it and drag
it back to the end of where the videos
at right there
now if you right click on this you can
have it to fade out you can also adjust
your speed the volume and it's do a fade
out and tells you hear the duration will
do a fade out of say two seconds
buy it ok ok and then what happens is
when you go to the end of it it's going
to gradually fade out like that
so that's pretty much all there is to it
now if you want to see the limitations
of the trial what you want to do is go
over here to save movie and you go to
save movie is going to give you the
option save it as a video file an audio
3d and mobile device which is really
neat you can see what for just about any
kind of a mobile device to watch on it
you can burn it to a DVD you can upload
it to the web in this case we're going
to say video file
now you go here it's going to ask you
for the output format and what I'm going
to do is we're just going to use the mp4
that's what I like you can go to your
additional settings and make tweaks to
that if you would like just going to
leave it there and then you click Save
you're going to get a message that says
thank you for using a 7-day trial
please note that a trial version
watermark is applied to all output
videos
so what's going to happen is that once
you make your video with the trial
version is going to say move Bobby
screen capture studio or movavi video
editor and that's going to be over top
of your video and that's because you're
using the trial if you want to get rid
of it you want to make sure you come
down here click buy now and you'll be
redirected to this page here and what
they've done is they've given you at
least this is currently what they're
doing is they're giving you a special
deal on a bundle package where you can
get the movie video editor plus the
screen capture studio together for just
forty nine ninety five
this is a great deal basically the
screen capture studio gives you the
option to record videos from your
desktop
you saw how i recorded that youtube
video that's what this will let you do
you can also take screenshots of your
desktop
basically anything like that you're
gonna be able to do with this software
now if you don't want that what you can
do is you can come up here and click for
windows and go to all windows products
well if you're a Windows user if you're
for Mac you want to use this one and you
can scroll through here and just buy
their products individually so right
here is the movie video editor you can
get it for personal use 3995 and the
business 7995 one more thing that i do
want to mention is that you may want to
take a look at the video suite
the video sweets 5995 this is what we
have and we decided to purchase it
because it pretty much has almost all
their software tools in this one product
you're basically getting everything at
once and you can do you can do any kind
of video editing slideshows you can see
here you can capture on screen video
burn CD DVD blu-ray gives you all the
details here but for you know the extra
ten or twenty dollars depending on what
you're going to buy if you do a lot with
videos if you want to do stuff with
editing this is definitely the choice
that i would recommend over that
so that's my review on the movie video
editor
I hope it did help you guys make a
decision whether you want to use it or
not if you've got questions you can
