here you can choose whether you want to
search the employees last name

you wanna search
use your down key to highlight the
search directory
and check it off now you'll be able to
scroll through a list of all the
employees with her letter she typed in
if you want to dial down employees once
the dial boxes highlight in
hit the check mark an A on a Mac
research call them on speaker
if you would like to view more phone
numbers for that employees
you can right-click and check out the
details

numbers displayed
