Search the Corporate Directory-8x8 6755i IP phone

Use your phone to find other employee's extensions in your company.

To search for a contact in the Corporate Directory, press the Corporate Directory softkey. If you've picked up the handset, press the More softkey to locate the Corporate Directory softkey.

The Directory lists 30 names at a time. Use the Navigation buttons to scroll through the names to locate the person you want. To view the next block of 30 names, press the Next softkey.

When you find the person you're looking for, press the Dial softkey to initiate the call.

Alternatively, you can use the Corporate Search function on your phone. Simply pick up the handset and press the More softkey. Then press the Corporate Search softkey. Search for the person you want to contact by entering the first three or four letters of their last name and then press Lookup. You will be presented with a list. Scroll through the list to find the person you are looking for and press Select. The screen will present the person's extension number.Press dial and your phone will call the person.
