was that you would like to have auto
filled the persons you would like to
send an email to so this is odd look and
if i press
known hotkey control n to create a new
email freshexpress optionally
automatically opens a popup menu which
allows you to select the desired persons
so you can use the scroll view and
select and pick the name
from the pop-up menu but you can also
start typing the name for instance mic m

and the pop-up will automatically narrow
down to the desired person if you
confirm with enter it will be inserted
into outlook and you can assign another
hotkey for instance ctrl e
to add another name
the benefit of phrase express is that
it's not only working in outlook but in
any email program for instance also in
thunderbird i press ctrl n
and you have exactly the same experience
type in the name
and it will be inserted into the new
email window
if using microsoft outlook we have a
very interesting outlook add-in which
allows you to autofill the greeting i
press ctrl r to reply to this email
and then i just type in deer
and this is a pop-up from phrase express
which automatically extracts the sender
name and offers me to insert it into my
reply this also works with german emails
as shown here
however this is limited to microsoft
outlook only
you requested an autocorrect feature so
phrase express can autocorrect any type
you make
the typos are stored in a built-in
dictionary however everybody has
personal misspellings but that happen
over and over again
i simulate
this misspellings and i correct it
then i continue to type
and missed ballot again and correct it
again and phrase express detects this
mistakes and if i correct them
now if i make the same mistake any time
later
it offers to correct it for me
and you can also configure it to do it
automatically and this also works in any
application
in microsoft word and as you can see
here it also offers to autocorrect it
the autocorrect entries are organized in
phrase express
so you can edit the phrases actually
they behave exactly like the boilerplate
templates
they're just located here in this
autocorrect folder and we offer
autocorrect entries for english german
spanish french and italian
and you see there are several thousand
misspellings and the correction
you can easily create your own
autocorrect item just click on new
phrase
then type in the correct
spelling the order text would be the
incorrect spelling
storing a new phrase to your library is
very easy just highlight the desired
text from any target application
then click the tray icon menu and select
new phrase
then enter a meaningful description
and a trigger which shall trigger the
phrase like a hotkey or an order text
i choose ttt in this example you can
also restrict the application where this
phrase shall be recognized
so you can say okay i want that this
phrase only works in wordpad and
anywhere else
okay the phrase has been stored
and now if i enter the trigger
it will be expanded
your phrases are organized in the
customizable folder structure
and you can create your own folders
and even subfolders
and phrases can be dragged in any folder
you want you can also restrict read and
write access for each specific phrase
folder
so you can say
only specific users
like susan can edit the phrase
and the workgroup
sales
can read them
so now the phrase is restricted which is
also indicated by a special icon
as you can see you can also pick
individual phrases from the pop-up menu
including the sub-folders but you can
also
drag folders onto the desktop
