An honest review of Wondershare Filmora video editor

Filmora is the new version of Wondershare's Video Editor, with an updated look and some improvements... but is it worth the hype?

Pros:
* Simple design with familiar timeline interface
* Flexible output options (resolution, bitrate, etc.)
* Supports 60 fps output
* Available for Mac or Windows

Cons:
* Timeline is based on 25 fps even when editing 30 or 60 fps video
* No ability to change the aspect ratio of video clips
* Strange quirks when dealing with esoteric video formats
* Lacking in features when compared to other competitively-priced video editors
* From a company with a history of unscrupulous marketing practices
