Kevin Slimp on IDMarkz for InDesign Fixing and Affinity

Kevin Slimp on IDMarkz for InDesign fixing and Affinity: Kevin Slimp reviews Markzware's IDMarkz application for publishing and for those converting InDesign to Affinity Publisher and more!

Interview with IDMarkz user, and newspaper publishing expert, Kevin Slimp, about how IDMarkz saved his non-opening InDesign files and why he recommends it for those converting files from Adobe InDesign to Affinity Publisher. Kevin gives us some insights into his graphic design and newspaper publishing background.

Did you know Mr. Slimp developed, for Adobe, the "PDF Printing Method,” which led to the massive adoption of PDF (Portable Document Format) by the publishing & printing world?! Extremely interesting. Check out his latest course, January 15, 2021, for Adobe InDesign to Affinity Publisher.

Markzware's stand-alone IDMarkz app allows users to open InDesign in Affinity Publisher, QuarkXPress, older InDesign versions & more:

IDMarkz is a way to preview, export and convert native InDesign files to Affinity Publisher, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, PDF, and more formats. Kevin recommends IDMarkz for all InDesign users on macOS! Why? It fixed a batch of older, dead, corrupted InDesign files, for him! It's a necessary tool, in the software toolbox for InDesign users.

For those wanting to get away from Adobe subscriptions and into Affinity Publisher or other DTP software, Mr. Slimp says the perpetual version is a no-brainer to buy and to download immediately!
