High quality videos and images matter
more than ever in the 4K first era.
But real-world footage isn't always
perfect. Low light noise,
blur, low resolution.
>> [music]
>> These issues often appear before editing
or sharing.
VideoProc Converter AI helps you enhance
footage for content creation, vlogging,
and everyday use.
Now, let's walk through how VideoProc
uses AI to enhance video, image, and
audio quickly and with minimal setup.
At the core of video enhancement is AI
super resolution.
More than just upscaling your videos to
2K or 4K, it automatically fixes noisy
footage shot in low-light conditions,
[music]
indoors, outdoors, or underwater,
removes blur, and restores lost details.
And it only takes a few clicks.
Click on this icon and we can select the
original videos to import, or we can
also drag and drop them directly.
Then the software automatically kicks
off the AI referencing process.
If you don't want that to happen every
time, just uncheck auto start next time.
By default, it will always render the
first video you add.
Next, we'll see the basic AI settings.
Under device, processing is handled by
the GPU by default. If your GPU
performance is limited, the CPU will
[music] be used instead.
Then choose an AI model. I usually go
with Gen Detail V3 or Real Smooth V3.
They perform differently depending on
the footage,
>> [music]
>> so try both and pick the one that looks
best.
For lighter setups, Anime and XYZT are
also available.
High quality option is recommended.
But if you want a faster process, you
can opt for fast mode.
Next, set the output resolution.
You can upscale by 2x, 3x, or 4x. Higher
ratios increase resolution, but pushing
too far may cause artifacts,
>> [music]
>> so it's best to start with 2x.
Now, it's done. We can zoom in on the
preview, or use the before and after
comparison [music] to check the result.
You can also try higher ratios, but
always pick the one that looks clean and
natural.
If you already know the target size, you
can skip the ratios and choose a
resolution directly,
>> [music]
>> such as 1080p, 2K, or 4K.
For this clip, I'll select 4K.
And if you don't want to upscale at all,
choose enhance video 1x.
This keeps the original resolution while
reducing noise, blur, and artifacts.
Once you're happy with the setup, you
can move on to export settings.
Once everything looks good, just hit the
run button and the export begins.
Now, let's move on to frame
interpolation. This feature can help us
boost frame rate, likewise from 30 FPS
to 120 FPS, and create slow-motion
footage that can feel fluid. Let's start
with increasing the frame rate. Check
insert frame and choose how much you
want to boost the frame rate.
So, I'll choose 5x.
If your video has multiple scenes, you
can just uncheck this box here. This
tells the program to insert frames
[music] even when it detects scene
changes. You can check the text guide to
better understand how this [music]
works.
Take a look. The output looks much
smoother and more natural than the
original.
Creating smooth slow-motion videos is
just as simple. Add your video, check
the slow-motion option, and choose how
much you want to slow it down. For
instance, 2x means half speed and 4x
means 1/4 speed. I'll show with 4x,
which can bring more obvious changes.
Next, we can set our output again. Let's
just use the default setting and hit
run. All right, we now have a super
smooth slow-motion clip with no stutter
[music] or jitter.
If you want to slow it down even
further, you can re-import that output
and apply another slow down. For
example, we can take a 5x slow-motion
clip and apply another 2x, making it a
10x slow-motion version of the original.
Stabilization helps smooth out shaky
footage from phones, drones, or handheld
shots. Let's click to enter the module.
Drop in our clip and it's ready to go.
On the right, we'll choose a preset.
Each one is designed for different
levels of shake.
I'll go with balanced here. It keeps
things smooth without cropping too much.
For very shaky footage, some crop is
unavoidable. You can tweak crop and
border options here if needed.
When it looks good, just hit run to
export the stabilized video.
Image AI helps clean, enhance, and
prepare images for video creation. To
keep it simple, there are three main
things we can do here:
>> [music]
>> enhance image quality, restore faces,
and colorize old photos.
Just like video AI, we drag in our
images or click add image. [music] The
enhancement starts automatically.
For most images, I mainly use two
models.
Gen Detail V3.
Best for most images and photos with
people, hair, skin textures. It sharpens
details while cleaning noise and blur.
Real Smooth V3.
Great for clean surfaces, faces,
graphics, or illustrations when we want
a smooth, polished look.
Other models like Anime or Zixst are
there for specific styles or lower-end
computers.
Next, we set the resolution.
>> [music]
>> We can upscale by ratio or directly
choose a target resolution like 4K.
For video creation, this is perfect when
we need images to match a 4K timeline or
avoid soft-looking stills.
Let's compare before and after. Details
are clearer, but still natural.
If we only want better quality without
changing size, just use enhance 1x.
When working with multiple images, we
can apply the [music] same settings to
all.
Defaults usually work fine. Choose JPEG
or PNG if needed, then hit run.
Face restoration is great for improving
facial features in photos, portraits.
[music] It enhances eyes, skin, hair,
and fixes scratches, stains.
To use it, simply drop our original
images into here. Choose a model such as
Gen Detail.
Then click on the face restoration. The
default settings already do a great job
enhancing eyes, skin, and facial
details.
You can choose to restore the center
face or all faces, then export.
For black and white and monochromatic
photos, Image AI can automatically
restore colors. Perfect for storytelling
or historical footage.
Drop in the image, check colorize, and
it starts automatically.
Hyper color gives vibrant results by
default. If you want something more
subtle, switch to deep color.
Once it looks good, just click run.
Audio AI in VideoProc can help you clean
up audio in any vlogs, podcasts, or
music recordings.
The vocal remover can remove unwanted
vocals and background music, so that
[music] you can create a karaoke track
where only the singer's voices are
The noise suppression can keep your
speech clear and focused by eliminating
unwanted noise.
Perfect for voiceovers, outdoor vlogs,
interviews, and narration.
There they go, on their way up.
Besides AI enhancements, VideoProc
Converter AI has virtually anything else
you need for preparing and standardizing
media sources.
You can convert incompatible video audio
formats into MP4 or any other formats or
codecs you need, making them more
friendly for editing, posting, or
sharing.
Imagine some of your final works may be
too large. To make them easy to share or
store, especially on mobile phones, you
may need to reduce the file size.
VideoProc's built-in compressor is a
good helper.
The software also has 29 quick editing
tools to assist your rough cut,
preprocessing, and co-processing outside
your NLE to improve your editing
efficiency.
To summarize, VideoProc Converter AI is
an all-in-one video solution and a good
mate for all types of content creators.
That's it for this video. Thanks for
watching. We hope it was helpful to you.
