Hello everyone and welcome back to Kaceli 
TechTraining! This is a sponsored video on a
great tool that I recently found for fixing issues 
with Microsoft Outlook this tool Stellar repair
for Outlook enables you to fix issues with Outlook 
whenever you cannot access previously downloaded
emails this comes in very handy if you have mail 
that you have downloaded via Microsoft Outlook
whether via POP 3 or IMAP and those messages exist 
only in your PC and now all of a sudden you can no
longer access them typical messages that you might 
get are unable to view email due to corruption or
unable to repair PST file with a message similar 
to this that does not recognize the file or you
need to fix Outlook errors this tool from Stellar 
info.com actually works and there's a free version
of it and also obviously the paid version of it so 
here's how it works in my case here's my email and
if I go to my mailbox all of a sudden my messages 
are no longer available and I can't read or access
my messages to repair this we need to First close 
Outlook and and then go to stellar info.com and
download the free version of it for the Stellar 
repair tool for Outlook downloading it it's just
a matter of press free download and then open it 
up then simply press okay and next next to install
it in my case I have already installed it once 
you have installed it go to Stellar repair for
Outlook or click on search in the bottom here 
and type Stellar repair for Outlook once the
application opens up we can click here to list the 
profiles and it will identify the profiles that we
have on the computer or we can choose the profile 
manually in my case I know where the file is it's
here under documents Outlook profiles and this 
is my current profile of 278 megabytes which I
could not access earlier so I will click here on U 
choose manually and then I'll click on browse and
then go to documents I'll pick the file s Outlook 
profile. PST click on open and then select repair
it's going to go through the whole mailbox and all 
the messages in the mailbox and perform the repair
the file has been repaired we click okay and then 
the items in red are files that have already been
deleted and we can preview the files in here at 
this point we need to save the repaired file so
we'll click on Save repaired file and then you 
can save this file as a PST format so where you
can open this and import it into Outlook or any 
of these other formats that you see in here the
most common one and the most helpful one is going 
to be the PST format so we click on next and then
we want to select the location where we want 
to store this repaired file click on browse
I'll save it under documents Outlook profiles 
and then I'll click okay and then click okay
again notice it's going to take the original file 
name that we had the one that was corrupted and
it's going to add the word repaired in the end 
next we click okay notice this is the file that
is the repaired version of it now we go here to 
Outlook once we are in Outlook we need to import
that PST file we can click on file and click on 
open and Export the simplest option would be to
click here on open Outlook data file or you can 
use the import export tool and Import and Export
only certain components of it or all the data file 
so for now click on open Outlook data file and go
to the location where we saved the repaired file 
and then click on okay notice it's going to list
it as Stellar repair for Outlook and now it's 
going to list the emails in the various folders
from the repaired file this will also restore 
any contacts and other items from your Outlook
data file the other way to import the repaired 
PST file is to go to file and then click on open
and Export then click on import export click on 
import from another file or program and press
next select the Outlook data file. PST and then 
click on browse locate the repaired file click
on open and then press next you can select to 
import it in the current folder up here you
can select which specific items you want to 
import and then press finish and now notice
it contains the recovered messages this process 
of importing that I outlined last Imports them
to a particular location that you prefer and the 
first option it will simply open that PST file so
give it a try simply go to stellar info.com and 
then look up the tool Stellar repair for Outlook
