guys what's up or alligator here and
today i have a video for you guys and
good sink which is a multi-platform
application that works on mac and
windows so what it does is it keeps two
folders and sink and it's free to
download i will put a link in the
description and Lucas going to open it
up so it's very simple interface i have
a test job here already what I'm deleted
and start fresh
so ask me and I say yes and so now we're
going to go ahead and press this plus
button right here which adds a job now
you have two options here you can either
choose a synchronizer back up making
changes at any time if you choose to but
synchronizes two-way job and files are
changed if any changes are made on
either side will be changed the other
side as well while and backup it's only
one way so if only change your mean on
one side with me to the other side not
the other way around but here we're
going to choose synchronize and name it
test there's also tutorial if we don't
get this free press ok and here we have
a new job so we have your browser two
sides one side is going to be on my
desktop and one's gonna be in here
so here's one folder i have tests and
the other one as i said is on my desktop
make a new folder called a test and here
we go
so now we have the boat both Walters
we're going to hit analyzed to find the
files are on there so it finds that you
can also if you have multiple files and
you don't want to include some you can
just hit and exclude or just press the
circle in here and it will copy it
so now we have analyzed it let's press
sync and now you can see I have the file
over here so let's minimize this
application so here is a one side on my
desktop
let's go ahead and open the other side
snap into right so you can see it's do
both
I like cheese now we're going to go
ahead and add an exclamation mark to the
end on one side and here press analyze
and sink and you can see I have an
exclamation mark on this side as well
let's do it
eat other way around
yeah okay there we go so i have a cheese
a lot and bring it open the application
it analyzed and sink so you can see now
it's on the other side as well there's
also a mini mode which has a it's just
on the bottom right here and it shows
what it's got doing right now we don't
like that and you just double click it
and come back to know so it's very
simple to use and has a great interface
and I don't think you're gonna have any
problems with it because I never did and
i find it very useful for backing up my
files on my external hard drive and not
having to go back and copy and paste
every single time and having to deal
