After following the recovery steps, you will get your deleted or lost PST file on the selected location. Now, to access emails from this PST file, open Outlook on your system. Go to File menu, click New, then Outlook Data Files option. Here, browse the recovered PST file & click Ok.

This video is about recovering back lost or
deleted Outlook PST file after formatting
your Windows system.
We all know that PST file is present on the
root directory where OS is installed, & can
be lost due to formatting.
You can however easily get back deleted/lost
PST file using the simple process which I
am going to show you here.
Visit the site pst-recovery.org, which has
plenty of information on Outlook PST repair
& recovery process too.
Now, for recovering lost PST files, go the
page after-format & download the software.
Now, this is how the software looks upon launching.
Select "Recover Drives" option as we are going
to deal with a formatted drive.
On this window, choose "Formatted/Reformatted
Recovery" module.
Software list out the storage devices connected
on your system. Select the root directory
from which PST file has based lost.
Upon this, you need to choose the found partition
& proceed further.
Now, you will be asked to select the file
types for advanced recovery. Go to "email"
section & choose pst file extension.
Now, wait till the software scans the drive
for the selected file type. Finally, a list
of recovered files gets displayed on the screen.
Here, find PST files by making use of this
search option. You will now be shown only
the PST files from the list.
Select the required PST file or files (if
you need multiple) & click Next.
Software asks you to save the session, I suggest
you to save it, as it may help you if you
want to recover data from the same drive later.
On the last window, you need to provide a
location to save the recovered PST file & click
Next.
Upon saving the file, software take you to
the output folder where you can find the restored
PST file.
That's it for the recovery. Now, to access
emails from this PST file, open Outlook on
your system.
Go to File menu, click New, then Outlook Data
Files option. Here, browse the recovered PST
file & click Ok.
Here, I am not going to do this, as I already
have this PST file open in my Outlook profile.
