documents having these capabilities on

workflows imagine you're in accounting
and you're responsible for the review
and approval of invoices let's say you
just received this invoice and the first
thing you need to know is exactly when
it came this is easy with power pdfs
watermark capabilities
first we open the watermark panel on the
left then we select the received
watermark note that this is a custom
watermark and i can easily create these
types of watermarks inside power PDF to
reflect the date when the mark is
applied as part of the review process
you may also want to use stamps to
indicate a document was reviewed revised
or approve with power PDF is also quick
and easy to create new stamps one of the
ways we can do this is by simply
selecting and copying an area in a
document we get the stamp a new name and
just like that we've created a new stamp
that i can easily apply as needed
anywhere in a document or set of
documents it's also possible to apply

batch sequence to process multiple files
at once as you can see here I have
predefined workflow set up to apply
received a confidential watermark as
well as a final stamp now these are just
