channel for heavy system users in this
video we are going to look at how to
remove watermark from a PDF document
well we are not going to use any paid
software to remove watermark
so let's first look at the file with
watermark
so this is a watermark which I'm talking
about so we are going to remove the
remove this watermark in a couple of
minutes
oh so we are going to follow five simple
steps
so let me show you one by one so i'm
going to download the software called
Apache OpenOffice so for the people who
don't know about departure
openoffice it is a product which is
equivalent to the microsoft office and
this is open source and completely free
so i'm going to show you how to download
it
let me open up my grocer
download apache openoffice go to
download and you can download from here
so in case you're not going to use this
software continuously operating the PDF
i would recommend you to downloada
portable version so i will show you how
to download a portable version so so
much for portable and you will get a
openoffice from Port portableapps.com so
you can select the first download link
which is for a standard language package
in case you want to add our language
packages you can go for the second one
so i have already downloaded this file
executable file which is available over
here
so since it is a portable version when
you double-click and install this
bf5 it will get installed in the same
location where you place this fine
so click on click OK and click Next
quickly read the license agreement and
click on agree
and as I said it is going to get
installed in the default location where
that PDF file was placed so that you
will see dr will not get impacted so
click install
so in the meantime let this it will take
a couple of minutes to complete
in the meantime I'm going to show you
how to download do this again step then
we are going to download the extension
called PDF import extension for apache
openoffice let me search for that PDF
import extension for a match
open office so select this one
so please be careful we are downloaded
open office for . x so you should choose
the first one which it doesn't say so .
x so download the extension will choose
the operating system for which you want
this extension so click on Windows the
download started and click on OK
it's a very little file you can get
download immediately
so in the meantime the apache openoffice
installation has completed you can
finish you can open the portable version
of openoffice from here and double click
this icon click Next you give your name
and click finish
so now as soon as you open office
started you click on tools and go to
extension manager
you have to add the new file the
extension file that we have downloaded
as part of steps to step 2 and click on
the extension fine and it is asking for
whatever you wanted to add this
extension one before the current users
are for all users
i'm going to choose for all users and
scroll down and read the complete
license agreement and click on accept
so now the PDF import extension has been
added you can close and now open the PDF
I've that from where you want to remove
the watermark
- no the video file with watermark
as has been opened so select the
characters of autumn work sometimes it
will get enable the as a wall as a
single object in some water marks it
will get enabled a character by
character our part by part
so you have to remove the watermark
content
accordingly so always choose the place
where the exact watermark character is
available

part you have to go to file and export
as PDF so select PDF and export
i'm going to save it with the name PDF
with out
watermark so safe
ok so we have saved the PDF you can
close open office now
