I have something amazing to share with you. I have a magic script that I started using a few weeks ago. In 2 weeks I made 158 calls, reached 62 contacts and picked up 27 buyers.

I used this script on the 27 leads to set 16 appointments and sold 9 homes in the last 14 days. I can't believe I hadn't been doing it last year.

My 2nd call was so weak before I made a conscious decision to focus on shifting people from looking online to in the car with our team. So far I'm blown away with the results.
