This is how you use Microsoft Outlook to shutdown your PC using a cell phone. There's so much more you can do other than shutting down your pc. You can make any application and make it start with a txet message. You just need to create the BAT file. Examples:
shutdown -s { this will shutdown the computer }
shutdown -r { this will restart the computer }
tskill firefox { exits firefox }
start firefox { opens firefox }
msg * "w/e you want here" { displays message }
