How to Import Text file into Access | Visual Importer ETL Tutorial 🎥

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use *Visual Importer ETL* to create a basic data transformation. The process extracts data from a comma-delimited file and loads it into an MS Access table.

he everyone in this tutorial I'm going
to show you how to import data from text
file into Ms access database I have
already created a source
directory which holds Tex file and the
target connection this case I'm using
ledb but is also POS possible to use
adbc connection for import importing
data into Ms access so let's start from
running the wizard just click
new let's SC it
import
import click
next uh data source type is a
text select uh source
connection now we need to select the
source file
which is in our case order
one the file is delimited as you can
see and we have a a text
qualifier double
quotes and we also want to take the
field
names from the first
line and we want to skip the first line
because it
holds e fields
okay let's move to the next
step we just this for now okay our
Target connection type is um already
be and we select the connection from the
drop down box
success and we also need to select the
target table which is in our case
orders and we want to add the records we
also would like to delete all data from
order
tables before running the
import from all
this and click
finish and now we can try to run
it just click
import and it fail because what we need
to do we need to provide appropriate uh
date format for all the date
field so we just click on all date
field and select this
format let try again
this time is working so couple of more
notes so if you want to remove the
format or
mapping for example you want to remove
the m so we just click this
button and remove it like
this and if you we can also uh drag and
drop it
back actually for
mapping we can uh add new Fields by
clicking
plus we haven't got any data and we can
delete it by clicking
cross we can also
um set field
names clear all the Mion use field
number numbers and auto format GD
