remote desktop application and these are
the tools that you can need if you want

control do a lot of things so I just got
it lay hands on it and I was like wow

you're going to download this

download it you just go in and uh go to
the file location and unzip the zip
folder when you unzip it you will see
another folder you're going to unzip it
also now you can see that free
professional onee license here and then
you're going to install it of course
extract it or run and then once I've
already installed it here so I'm not
going to do it again but I'll will show
you how to put in the key once you have
installed it so go to the dashboard and
uh sign up and then click on this three
arrow and then click on enter license
code so once you've done that and

In so let me just give you some details
what you can do with this application
now I'm going to take you through every
setting of any viewer uh remote desktop
application so here you see I have the

operation I IOS and Android and this is

accept control you can start control you

can do with this so let's go into the
fun part the remote control and this is
on Android I'm going to show you uh
iPhone I'm going to show you PC so on PC
you have a lot lot more feature one
click control screen viewing fire
transfer lock reboot shutdown screen
wall properties and that is a lot on
iPhone you only have screen view because
of course Apple will always be apple and
will restrict other people and he
actually using a kind of a screen
recording on the iPhone to show you the
screen you can see on the top left here
that it's showing a red as normally when
iPhone is recording a screen screen
record let's go to Samsung so this is
the Samsung own I've connected for a
long time and U uh it's really really um
not so sharp so you can go on to the
menu at the top left and then you can
reduce the setting of the graphics um to
you know high speed and then there is
also that of the system so this one here
gives you a lot so there is the screen
wall where you can bring in two or three
things so I noticed that the screen wall
doesn't work with uh smartphones so I'm
not seeing it on my recent devices or my
devices so I hope they bring this in the
future but with this you can create a
screen wall at the two of them and they
will be displaying simultaneously but if
you're using the free one or even
professional uh you can just use the
tabs you know to see and jugle through
different different stuff here so let's
look at the windows the PC where you
have all the features here you can chat
and you can send file I just sent file
here to T test it out and it works
absolutely good the speed is not so fast
but at least it was doing up to 8 Mbps
uh speed when I was sending the file I
can actually shut down the windows now
the windows is shutting down let me go I
went to the other room where the wind
where the laptop is the kid's laptop and
you can see it's shutting down yes you
can remotely shut down you can remotely
restart you can remotely handle anything
uh on this still on the F part now so
let me use my phone which is Android
here to control my laptop and um let's
connect the one touch so the One Touch
is actually the most interesting part of
this because now you see I can fully
when I mean fully control there is
touchscreen there is mouse so I'm going
to use the mouse right now to control if
you don't want to do touch screen I'll
come back to touch screen but yes
there's a mouse on screen that you can
drag to any position to move the cuser
and you can move it to anywhere you want
want uh just like your noral draging on
your phone this is fun and then when you
there you can click or you can right
click or you can select you know drag to
select so this is actually very
interesting there that's the right click
there you know showing up so that is
using the mouse mode so there is
touchscreen mode if it's a touchcreen
device uh you can also use touch screen
mode so I'm going to um turn off the
mouse
right now so this is now the touchscreen
mode where I can actually tap on
something and it will open on the laptop
using my phone's touchcreen and that is
the utility I mean the utility in this
is good you can drag around something on
your computer uh straight from there so
you can pinch to zoom and now why it's
big because my finger is big I can now
close uh that and pinch uh uh back you
know to return to normal size so this is
full of utility you can type in here
there's a keyboard type the keyboard use
the keyboard to type and on the S it
will pick on something I'm going to
select Windows um updates let's check of
course I just installed the windows 24
H2 and there are updates already and
from my phone I started doing the update
and I'm going to pinch to zoom in and
minimize that let the update be running
uh in the background I will use this
also to restart the phone when I want to
to install the
update so let's look around and see one
other two things about this so there are
still more much much more option and
control you can actually bring in the
audio uh from uh firep playing on the
system you can listen this is good for
sharing presentations and you know video
files uh he playing on my Bluetooth so
I'm going to turn it off on the
Bluetooth and play it from the
speaker I was hearing a little bit of
crackling sound on this I don't know
whether my system or general but yeah
it's there but I can can actually still
hear what is being said so let me close
the connection right now and show you
some other things uh let me switch to
screen view so with screen view you
cannot control uh what's happening on
the desktop see my touch my pain my
pinch is not going to work so I'm going
to use the laptop Mouse so whatever is
going on in the laptop if you don't want
to control it you can use the viewing to
be able to see everything in real time
so uh you can also add some other
control or you can end the
connection the next one I want to try is
to lock the screen so let's see can we
lock it can we lock
it of course we're able to lock the
screen uh with one touch so this is very
very impressive um I did have a problem
with unlocking it uh I have to put the
password and all that save it it wasn't
working uh maybe I'm going to figure
that that out later I have to manually
unlock it and right now we're going to
restart with this and yes it is
restarting our computer you know to
install our Windows update so once it
finish coming on the good thing about
this is
that just take a closer look uh any
viewer will just start up immediately
because it's like that by default you
can turn it off not to start when
Windows start and once the windows is on
and internet is there you can easily
connect you know the one touch control
and you are control in everything this
is super fun I mean this is super fun
there are on screen information if you
want to know the speed of the connection
you can also tweak it there are a whole
lot of other details here that you can
change you can do shortcut and Ed did
desktop you know sh menu um whole lot of
things you can do I'm I'm just just
impressed when I say I'm not easily
impressed but this is a utility app you
can even do all this with a free one
uh if you're using like one or two
devices and if you're using more you can
just get the professional free from us

to review I was able to find some few
limitation which might not be a deal
breaker first of all the IOS app yes on
iPhone you cannot do remote control you
can do full monitoring seeing what's
going on in the screen at all times on
Android you can do that it's not a big
problem also the second thing I realize
is that if you're connecting from a PC
or laptop to a phone you cannot chat
with the person on the phone you can
control but you cannot chat you know
text chat and that is another thing to
note and finally um you cannot transfer
files from the PC to uh smartphone you
can do that from PC to PC easy peasy and
do a lot more hopefully they can
actually fix this with future updates so
