what's going on everyone today I'm gonna
be looking at stellar data recovery for
Apple's Mac OS stellar data recovery is
used to recover lost files from various
types of drives such as hard disks SD
memory cards and USB flash drives did
this formats are supported by this app
include a PFS HFS+ better known as Mac
OS extended NTFS fat32 and exFAT so as
you can see I've opened up the
application I'm running the professional
version the free version allows you to
recover up to one gigabyte historic so
we have the two options we can either
recover everything or we can choose our
scan which can include documents emails
videos audio or photos so we're gonna
recover everything in this case and the
target drive that we're going to use to
recover files will be this untitled SD
card which appears to be blank so we'll
close that and we'll scan and it
shouldn't take long because there's only
around 200 Meg's
to actually scan
so now we've found 182 Meg's of
recoverable data so we'll click OK and
it will tell you over here what your
deleted folders us so we got our DCIM
and we also have our private folder over
here so we're gonna open up DCIM and
we're going to only recover a specific
file first so we'll click over here and
we're gonna recover dsc-w seven-30 we
can click recover it will tell us to
select a destination so we're going to
drop it into share safe so now we can go
into the shared folder and we should see
it over in root DCIM and here's our
picture an open firmware prompt which is
from some of the old PowerPC Macs so now
that we've recovered one file we can now
go ahead and recover multiple files so
we'll take 6 actually no 7 we're gonna
take 7 images and we're going to recover
them I'm gonna drop them into shared
folder again
we'll override it so now at this point
we can open up the find application if
we can go into Macintosh HD users shared
we can click on brood again DCIM and we
have all our multiple photos safe and
sound so that was a quick demo of
stellar data recovery if you have any
questions or comments please leave them
below thank you for watching and see you
all in my next video
