GUYS WHO HAVE VISTa ''read this'':
go to properties, compatibility then you will see run this compatibilty mod etc click on it and you will see windows xp leave that, now click on run as admin and thats it!

(BTW, Be careful with what your replacing, if you replace gasgranede.dff with granede.dff thats verry bad your Gta wont work again, unless you replace the granede.dff again ask someone else his granede.dff
