Windows 8 - Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance Settings - Remote Access Setup

in this video I'm going to show you how
to adjust the remote access and remote
desktop settings in Windows 8 assuming
you're starting here in years
start area defined to end click on your
desktop and then move your cursor to the
bottom right-hand corner to get to your
charm bar go up to settings and then in
the settings area click on control panel
now in the control panel and you may
have the default category view where it
says view by click and choose small
icons and then go down and double-click
on the system icon in the system area
you wanted to advanced system settings
and then on the far right of the system
properties dialog box click on remote
this will allow you to select whether
you want to allow remote assistance
connections to this computer
and if you do want to you can click on
advanced and choose whether you want the
computer to be controlled remotely the
maximum time that invitations remain
open and you can limit the operating
systems to Windows Vista or later if you
wish
click OK to that and then that that's
the remote assistance area now just blow
it
it's remote desktop you can choose not
to allow remote connections you can
choose to allow remote connections and
you can also choose to allow connections
only from computers running remote
desktop with a network level
authentication ok as well you can choose
specific users that are allowed to jump
in
you'll need to create those users on the
computer they do give you a link to the
user accounts area to you know manage
another account here and you could say
add a new user etc so alt f4 out of that
back to our desktop close that out
don't need to create user accounts
myself at the moment but it gives you
the idea
ok so that's the area should you need to
tweak your remote assistance or remote
desktop settings of course click OK to
apply clothes off your control panel and
you're back to your desktop i hope you
