I am happy to help with any problems my subscribers are having on their android devices. I am going to need lots of info from you to be able to help. Because of the large amount of messages I get every day I will not answer any questions that do not include this info in the message thanks for understanding. 1. What device you have. 2. What android version you are running. 3. What rom stock or custom rom / build number in about phone. 4. What you have done to the device. 5. Recovery stock, TWRP. CWM . With this info I will be able to help.

yeah
okay Stacy I've got here is going to be
on the galaxy tab pro i'm going to show
you guys to things and that's going to
be number one how to get into stock and
recovery and this is going to be so you
can do a factory reset so that you can
wipe cache or doing those you know site
loading on OTA update things like that
and then number 2 i'm going to show you
how to enter download mode
all right those are going to be two
things were going to go over today
they're very simple and i'll try to do
them very quickly here make this a
pretty fast video
alright so to get into recovery mode
you want to have your device powered off
just like it is right here and i will
try to go ahead and show you how to do
this thing pretty easily but basically
you're going to be using your volume up
and down buttons right here and here and
your power button and you're going to be
using your home button
so it's really pretty simple
basically if you want to get into
recovery mode what you do is you hold
your volume up and your home button hold
both of them
now this is what the device off then
hold hit power as soon as you see that
screen like go
you can see the top or left there it
says recovery and blue it's hard to see
but it is there
keep holding your volume up and home
until you get to this screen
this is stock and recovery now let me
zoom in here to show you this so you
guys can see through the settings and
how this functions here
alright so this is going to be our
zoomed-in look here it's a little bit
hard to see but basically what this
talks about is it tells you your build
number right there of your device and it
tells you buy them up and down her to
move in highlight and powers to select
so the first button will be just to
reboot system now
the next option would be apply update
from a TB which would be a little bit
technical but you could do it
or apply update from external storage
that you put on your external storage
you can apply the update
but what we really want to do is right
here is these two actually a couple here
is a white cache partition and wipe
data/factory reset so if you need to
wipe your device factory said to like
new when you took it out of the box
these are two options you hit this one
hit enter select it and then you come
down here wipe cache vision and are
selected when they're done
you would go back up to reboot system
now and go ahead and reboot pretty
simple
that is how it is done in fact your
recovery
I number two dose
this is going to be how to get into
download mode or Odin mode
ok this the whole point of doing this is
to apply for more restore or use key
software in case your devices and both
this is the screen to get to before you
plug it into the computer and try to run
keys or Odin
so what you're going to do here is very
similar to recovery except for its
volume down so basically volume down
home button power and this is from the
screen being powered off the device
being powered off and you let go right
there and you're presented with this
screen about flashing custom OS or
operating systems can cause critical
problems in phone or installed
applications like a blank blank warning
warning warning
volume up to continue or cancel to
restart which is lying down
so we're going to volume up + this puts
us in download mode or old in the mode
is what they call it right on top with
some good information up there tells
your product name tells you if your
stuff is official running official
hardware tells you trip knocks and your
warranty is void that kind of stuff
a little bit of other information on
there pretty much it that's how to get
into download mode if you want to jump
back out of that mode be as long as
you're not flashing anything for
flashing definitely don't do this but
you know no cable so that you're not
flashing you just came in to check it
out
just hold power
and it just hold it for a second and it
should turn off out of download mode
might have to do it twice you'll see
here we go
and it was a little hold prob about 10
seconds or so and then I think it will
reboot or you can hold it again and it
should reboot
there we go and that's it so there you
go that's download mode / Odin mode
those are the two steps things i want to
show you guys really quick very
important to know these on any device
just in case you get yourself in any
trouble
now you can figure out how to factory
reset or flash new firmware very simple
very easy
hope you guys like this quick video on
the galaxy tab pro this is the 8.4 inch
i will have more videos on this soon
along with custom recoveries read access
and custom roms stay tuned for that and
we'll catch you guys in the next one you
junkie out
yeah
yeah
