hi guys and welcome to today's photoshop
tutorial what i'll be showing you how to
batch convert raw files to jpg and this
is a really simple process and even I
didn't know about it but it's built into
photoshop so you don't have to get any
external programs any third party
software you can do it all from inside
Photoshop and it's super easy and super
quick to do so we want to do your head
on to photoshop go to file scripts and
image processor and here you can select
your folder so here's my folder called
raw files and here the raw files are
going to batch convert
so here you can choose to save in the
same location or select new folder now
when you save in the same location it
seems a new folder anyway called jpg and
you have all your JPEG conversions in
there so it's all pretty nicely worked
out anyway so I'm going to keep on keep
save in the same location and here you
have pho type so save as jpg saves PSD
or save as tiff
so not only can you save as jpg but you
can also save as a PSD tentative now
want to put the quality - 10 because i
still want the pictures to be really
good quality and if you want to you can
choose to convert the color profile -
srgb believe that the same
you can also resize to fit so if you
want your jpegs to be a certain size for
online media or anything like that you
can resize your images and here you have
your preferences
they have actions such as been getting
frame channels wood frame cast shadow
and all these different effects which
you get out to your photos
now what I want any of that so I'm going
to keep leave that unchecked that we
want to do is click run and photoshop
will do it all for you really quickly
and just run in the background like this
and there you go
the roof i was having converted to jpg
and as you can see they're still of
really high quality and photoshop just
does it all for you really quick batch
conversion in Photoshop
there you have it that's how to batch
convert your rule files to jpg
