reason why something is missing here as
soon as we begin to set it up and
restart
adding layers or adding notes tusks and
so on
then you will see they will come up over
here if you go here we have some
shortcuts and you mentioned before we
have players
notes and alarms tusks contacts pictures
and settings
the one we need to deal with is the one
call layers so we could get here you can

holidays and they'll be
added to our layers and of course that
file name will then be the layer name
when we go in here it will be add it

go in and replicate to share
but at the same time and here the
network set up comes into play
and let me just show you very quickly

a working with two active Desktop is

it has to be on the local network has to
be here in the office

connection and you could end up
corrupted files
so therefore the local area network is

share
with others so you create a folder on
your workstation
then you share it with your colleagues
and then you go in and replicate
as I just sit here you replicate their
layer that you want to share

folders so that others can see it and
others can approach it
and let's say that workstation tree over

a layer that he wanted to share with you
then he had done the same
and then instead of going in and want to
share with others did you go in and
connect to it but to do that
you have to know to work group you
working in and you have to know the
workstation
name and you have to know which folder
he has put a day and before that can be
done
days one thing that's not working den

because if workstation share would work
station that is so that if
one is out of the office another one
needs to get into that layer
didn't the workstation has to be on all
the time because you can't turn off your
computer if you're sharing layers with
others
and that you have to have in mind but
you could have a file server and many
companies have that where they go in
and dedicate perhaps a drive or folder
and say here you can go in and create
a folder and here you can put your layer
in your lair file
and there you can share with others and
then the server
normally always in the company's on all
the time so it doesn't matter if you're
not in the office that day
you can still share your layer with
other
people to know more about layers because
I could talk for a whole day in regards
