Time Sheets

hi everyone and welcome to the easy
redmine tutorial in this video I'm going
to show you timesheets top sheet is an
extension for logging time spend easily
just open the more menu item and go to
timesheet now you can see a list of
existing timesheet you see who the
timesheet user is his usual you what's
the start date of the timesheet and
what's the end date and here you can
simply create a new timesheet by
clicking this button to select the
period of time in which you want to
create the timesheet for example like
this and then you click the Create
button and like this the new timesheet
is created and now it allows you to lock
time spent easily just click the plus
button then select the project why you
want a long time then select the
particular task then you can select
activity and then you can enter time
spent in two particular days if you want
to make a new entry just click the plus
button select the project then the task
and again enter the time spent
according to how you work on the task
during the week here you can see the sum
of the time spent for the particular
task and here you can see the Sun for
particular days and like this the
timesheets plugin allows you to lock
time spent easily in a convenient manner
lock time for particular tasks and for
particular days and all in a ball clock
when the timesheet is finished you can
lock it and it can be sent for manager
approval
