hi this is robin moses and I'm doing
wedding nails so this is what we're
starting with all ok and now the nails
are on so anyways what I did was I put a
white french on there and then I took my
striping brush and put wide across the
edge like this so that it was perfect
and then i went over with a on what is
that of liquor
I mix the glitter it's like a paint of
shine it's like a reflect pink and a
reflective silver mixed together so it's
a pink and silver and that gives it the
sheer sheen and it takes the white off
so it's not completely white because I
don't want I don't like really white
french tips they they look cheap to me
so I'm going to go in and with gold
brown and bread i mixed together an
antique brown and I'm i'm going to go in
let me get in here and I'm going to make
my line and my line is going to give me
the area that I'm going to be working in
so for this one this is going to be the
ring fingers are going to be the most
important especially for the wedding
pictures so I want them to be really
beautiful i don't want them to be bright
I don't want them to stand out as the
main attraction because her dress is
just so beautiful and I don't want the
nails to be like offsetting ok and so
the nails are going to just be just an
extra
beautiful so I'm going to finish this
line through and then i'm going to turn
that line into a design or they twirl
but I just need the line set so let me
back up a little bit so there's the line
that's set and i'm going to go back in
with a brush and paint in some leaves
now I want the leaves to take away even
more of the white because I'm gonna mix
more of the gold in and now i'm going to
have the leaf color right there okay and
I'm gonna okay take away from some of
the white and go into the white area
with leaves and they are going to be not
brown or pink or gold they're going to
be kind of a combination of all three
that way and matches your skin tone and
it matches her dress and it matches the
flowers that I'm going to paint on top
ok now i'm now I've done all the leaves
going across and this is the next step
the next step I'm going to do is I'm
going to do floral in the floral is
going to be an off-white it's going to
be more of an antique white and I'm
going to keep it very very simple so
with the smallest upfront with the small
strokes and just going
two little tiny flowers like this and
they're going to be going along the free
edge line now I might take it like some
of them into three prom and I might just
do five here and there but they're just
going to be very delicate and very
unassuming I want them to be as blended
and unassuming as possible so let me go
let me do the ring finger
ok now the ring finger is going to have
to be the most beautiful and you have to
really pay attention like not to do too
much on this or too little so I'm going
to put the one flower my central flower
and then I'm going to add in a couple
more flowers and then a couple more buds
in and around like that and it's just
going to be very simple but yet
beautiful so I'm going to finish up
across the nails and then i'll show you
that when it's finished and i'll go on
to the next okay for this hand i'm gonna
i'm gonna explain like our wedding nails
ok for wedding meals like for example
her wedding dress is really really
beautiful and it's white and so what i
did was i I tone down the flowers into
an off-white as to not like clash with
the dress and it gives it takes a
backseat to the wedding dress and then
you don't want the makeup or the
anything any one thing to stand out you
want them all to go together in one unit
and work together like like kind of like
a song and like say for example you're
doing wedding nails for somebody who
doesn't have a lot of money to spend on
a dress and you know they don't have
like the best dress or anything then you
would spend then you'd make the the
flowers a little more white you make you
put more into doing the wedding nail so
that the nails kind of offset the fact
that the will address was it expensive
or isn't exactly the most perfect
dressing you put more you put more
emphasis on making the nails more like
while dorm or you could be the brighter
star but for this we want an unassuming
flower because i don't want everybody to
look right at the nails and say oh my
God look at those nails when they first
see that I want everyone to look at the
dress and say oh my gosh look at that
beautiful dress and then look at her
nails and say oh my gosh what a
beautiful nails and then it all goes
together and so I really want to say
that every wedding is different and and
I as I get more and more
videos up i will exile show you and
maybe she'll let me have a picture of
her dress so that we can like you get a
whole idea of what this whole wedding is
looking like but I'm just I just wanted
to add anything while i'm doing these
nails that that is important and so I
hope that this helps you when you're
doing running nails right there
ok ok I'm I to the dark brown a number
right there and added a really really
lot of water to it so it's very very
watery and just with the very end my
brush i am just barely adding little
lines and like this just like that just
enough to give it like on a antique look
and just enough to add a little bit of
color but nothing sparkly and glittery
glamorie it's just it's just very simple
and pretty like that
ok ok now i'm 44 the center of the
flowers i'm going in with a black
glitter and I'm just barely dotting and
maybe dotting a little a couple areas
where the dark hits
what why I'm using black glitter is
because she's wearing a black diamond
and so I want that to show I wanted to
bring out her diamond but at the same
time I don't want to put a bunch of
stones on these nails or anything like
that not this time so I'm just going to
just add a little tiny bit of black 22
to bring out her ring
ok here we are with the finished wedding
nails
ok there here's the the black the
wedding ring so so that's what I was
copying and i'm going to go in and
hopefully you can see pretty well
finished now
from far away they look really simple
and elegant and they're going to look
really great against the white dress
their off-white and their-their pearl
but they're not overly shiny and i hope
you guys learned a lot and i hope you
