hey guys so today we're going to be
looking at an iphone 6 verses 1 plus 1
and look at several things with starting
with performance how the browser works
these screens how they compare the
camera and just overall some subtle
differences between the two so if we
start with the antutu benchmark you'll
see there's a slightly newer version
long on the 1+1 but overall they should
be very similar if we run the benchmarks
or just fast forward and see how the
ratings are in the meantime all they run
just want to say that the iphone 6 were
testing right now is the 128 gigabyte
version and the 1+1 is the sixty-four
gigabyte version so it'll be interesting
to see how their i/o performance differs
among other things such as CPU and
graphics
so as we can see here the iphone 6 got
42 97 and the 1+1 got 47 910 and if we
look closer into the details will be
able to see a little more about what
these squares actually mean and how they
came to be
so we look in detail the multitasking
ability the cpu integers single-threaded
integer even are much better on the 1+1
versus the iphone 6 and just probably
due to higher clocks and more ram and
also more course but if we look closer
at the ram the ram speed is actually
higher on the iphone 6 and then the 2d
graphics are higher on the 1+1 but the
3d graphics are how you're on iphone 6
probably due to the lower resolution
than the storage is faster on the iphone
6 when compared to the 1+1 now looking
at the browser we go to the last digit
com- should all visit we can see that
they are almost the same at rendering
them but scrolling performances better
on the iphone as usual Android has never
been really good at that
something interesting about the iphone
browser though is that it does the
scrolling page by page so kind of stops
you from from flying all the way down as
you could previously
so now if we look in
till one of these images start to see
the differences in the other browsers
render and how the screens look
come on
so right there you can see that the
iphone screen has a much warmer tone and
the one post one has a much cooler tone
also the higher resolution allows you
obviously to fit a lot more into the
screen but if you really look closely in
person may be hard to tell on the camera
the 1+1 screen is actually much nicer
overall image displaying the photo than
the iphone is
so now if we look at another image up
close will compare the screens again
using different set of colors once again
the overall image looks much better on
the oneplus one another while to warm on
the iphone 6 may be a little hard to
tell on the camera but in person
definitely the 1+1 screen looks better
in terms of photos viewing angles they
both have pretty good viewing else from
from all sides as we turn it you can see
that they're both pretty visible and and
don't really get too dark but the 1+1
lightened up a bit at that deadly 45
degree angle from the top and bottom so
let's say the iphone has better viewing
angles we look at the rotation speed the
iphone doesn't much smoother and faster
while the 1+1 glitched a little bit wall
rotating
something interesting I notice is that
the browser on the iphone does some
compression so if you zoom in really
good into the image and you look really
closely you'll notice that the iphone
actually isn't displaying the native
image as as it is on Android something I
noticed the Apple does alot of their
products as they do a lot of background
compression to make the experience
smoother and faster but at the end of
the day you're not really getting the
full experience that you would want from
your files so hard to see on the camera
but i'll try to show you the tree see if
you can tell from the tree
also you can see the difference in the
color tones and the warmness of the
iphone screen now if we compare the
shutter speed on on both of the phones
now this is a 64 gig iphone 6 shutter
speed is definitely much much faster on
the iphone almost instantaneous whereas
on the 1+1 it takes a few seconds to
focus and take the photo and if you're
using clear image model taking longer if
we look at the shutter speed and focus
times the iphone definitely wins we look
at the front camera the road snappy but
the oneplus one has a much wider field
of view / all the colors from the front
camera are better on the iphone 6
probably because of processing but the
1+1 is higher resolution and has a much
wider field of view so it's actually
more enjoyable to use the front camera
on the 1+1 the thing about the iphone 6
is almost no matter which photo you're
taking in which lighting conditions
photos usually good whereas on the 1+1
some photos are completely horrible and
some are really amazing and most are
just average
so I'm going to compare a bunch of
images for you guys now side by side and
you can see for yourself which phone is
better
