How to change a file icon on your PC (windows)

Here is how to find and how to change file icons on your PC.
1. find a file that you like. (.png or .ico) good ones at http://www.iconarchive.com/category/a...
2. convert it to .ico (if it isn'y already) go to http://www.convertico.com/ to convert png. to .ico
3 right click on the file shortcut and press properties
4. go to shortcut page and press "change icon"
5. browse for the file and choose the .ico file.
6. happy new icon!

NOTE: make sure your .png file doesn't have a white background, but a clear one.
