hey guys it's Adam pinnacle tech and
this is my first screencast the reason
why I'm making this screencast is I'm
getting a lot of messages of people
having trouble uploading their videos
too popular video editing software such
as windows movie maker and contagious to
go six you're like me there's a flip

mpeg4 QuickTime format which
unfortunately isn't supported with
windows movie maker and contagious to do
six so we're going to need to convert
that video to a different file formats
so windows movie maker and Camtasia
Studio six cannot accept and use that
file format so first of all I have any
video converter now i highly recommend
it and it's free i'm going to teach you
how to get it right now

now security warning pops up and all you
have to do is click run and it will be a
small you know download wizard that all

finish it's very easy since i already

so once you have any video converter
open it
oh ok now let's first get the selected
videos you want to convert my case video

so first you want to drag the video you

and on the top right hand corner click
the drop down bar and it shows all the
video formats you cannot convert your
video to comes very handy if you want to
make a flash movie or a movie on your
phone or ipod so for you to purposes and
video purposes I'd probably recommend
wmb movie are the reason because it
takes up very little space on your hard
drive and if you don't lose that much
quality compared to avi from my
experiences so click WMV select that
video format and make sure your arm
video is check check marked so know
which one you're doing you click convert
I'm going to pause the video right now

okay when you're done converting your
video will go to the bottom of 10 corner
to output folder on the output folder it
will show your newly converted video
file with them over it says windows
media audio / video file so obviously it
successfully converted from a mpeg-4
quicktime video into a WMV
so let's test this baby out in Windows
Movie Maker dragged to the storyboard
and into the timeline
and as you can see it works I can hear
the audio I don't think you can
but let's try it with just a normal and
take for quicktime find that in but and
as you can see only the audio comes up
