I also come in 40 and 45 caliber
so was this review is not going to be is
breaking it down showing all the ins and
outs of it that's what it's not going to
be with his review will be is is what I
think about it in my bias you know i'm
not some fanboy
no you know own cigs and Brenda's own
waters own springfield armory on cold
stone revolvers and make sure different
things and I I keep coming back to this
beretta over and over and over again and
I think there is a descendant something
specialist about it that features that i
like that i'm going to share with you
guys
coupling is just real quick in case
you're not familiar with it will go over
really really fast and so the basics is
one thing that's that this thing is is
it is Italian is an Italian race car and
you can see these these lines are coming
here how the front of the weapons got a
downward angle to it
it is a handsome-looking pistol
you just get some good looks on the on
that get that guy right there at the
rail for some you know lasers or
flashlights whatever you need to put on
it
white dot sights work great they do not
glow in the dark but they they work just
fine
it's got a decocker on here
so the way it works is a wing when you
what if you do not want to fire the
firearm or you want to put it in a
safety mode you bring down this d Cocker
and if you look right in here right in
that that
that'll like button it's sort of like a
a connector to the firing pin
but as you bring the d Cocker down
you'll see it move when it ends up
happening is the hammer just across hits
the metal and is on it you know won't
fire the firing pin and it quote unquote
releases the hammer
so really nice feature there barrel
rotates which which causes a truck
transverse to exchange the energy and to
get a good close-up look at that when I
pull the slide back is if chambers fired
you'll see this little square box the
area here will turn and it's not much
it's about you know making eight maybe a
quarter return but it's just enough that
when will you go boom that thing comes
back
it makes it a much softer softer shooter
will see back straps
where's my little corner here because of
the small medium and large and what it
is is this
you see the spread this line right here
like that comes up and goes across
that's what you can change in the way
that you change it is right here in the
the the back you lift this little thing
up about that far and it stops and this
this is like a metal you shape the piece
of metal and we get a good good zoom in
on that and this just gets lifted up and
it's stiff
it's not in there really tight but to
give you a good show of it is
that's that's how long it is and what
that does is hold that back strap into
place and then and then you can just
pull this off and it it it takes some
prime sometimes but then you just push
that thing that back down and you're not
Greece this one and it went in really
smooth
but when the first time you do it it
won't be that way
but at least you know that just get a
big flat head and lift that thing up
tight you want you won't break anything

that's what it looks like we get the
same back in our focus on the lefties
will like this as well you got to the
chamber lock
I mean that the mag lock right there and
this is the right side will also get the
same thing on the left side and the
dexterous and the signal is pretty easy
some people complaining that that you
know if you can see how that thing
shoots out
it's pretty easy to control the one hand
especially if you like a thumb on here
so if I'm holding the weapon like this
and lay a thumb you can take it on or
off safety fairly easily
which brings you were the area where I
really like this farm for concealed
carry
it's a little bigger I mean it's not as
big as the biggest ones
it's a compact it's right in the middle
but it's not small like an LCP or 238
but let you know let's talk about that
for those that may be you know new to
conceal carry think about concealed
carry or like me you know safety safety
safety and you can never be too safe
with firearms but they've got to be
useful as well and statistically i
believe the chances of a farm
accidentally going off with me just
carrying it is probably higher than me
actually having to use it in a defensive
situation
that's just my take on well what this
beretta shines it compared a lot of
others like I know the Glocks are their
striker fires but you get this really
you get this really long trigger pull on
on a double-action firearm even lcps or
double action
and what that does at least for me in my
opinion is that long pole you know there
you've got that ability in a diff
particularly defensive situation where
you know you get a lot of gun movement
and you know again if you've been at the
range enough you know that a small
amount of gun movement you really fix
your accuracy
you know tremendously well what makes it
great is is so what
so let's take a scenario so I've got
I've got a a you know a bullet in the
chamber
I've got a full magazine in here and i'm
carrying it just like this
well guess what it won't fire not at all
because the Safety's off
but what makes this nice is we're going
to take the safety off
I can fire this weapon bike guess what
pulling the trigger when I pull the
trigger
this hammer you'll see it's tough to go
back so your very first shot is a full
double action
now obviously the handler will come back
you'll you'll you'll pull you pull the
trigger all the way the hammer on fire
the slide back and then every every one
after that is saying is single action
so you've got a much shorter the trigger
draw so that to me is a great feature
particularly for safety particular for
me in concealed carry
because I candy Crockett I can carry it
just like this and i'm i'm almost
accident free
you know Barney something crazy going on
but so I'm driving my car traveling
somewhere you know apartment car and I
go okay
you know you know maybe I'm getting gas
in an unsavory neighborhood or whatever
well i'm just going to be reaching there
I mean like I said this is my way of
doing it and limit taking off safety if
right now this
you know it's not cocked and locked it
doesn't have to be because I can pull it
out and that first shot is going to be a
double action and it will fire the
weapon
now obviously want to pull this back you
see the trigger move
now in full single-action yeah I could
be in that way too but you know this
could be actually could be bumped or
something to that nature and you know
just just four chances of you know
problems happening at least for me but
you know get back in the car start
driving
I wanna decock the weapon there ain't
but most of the time I would probably
carry it like this in the car and they
want him getting out or walking around
we're gonna leave it like that because
this moment i can i can pull it out and
double action on my cigs don't work that
way
now there are safety Macon's mechanisms
in it but you know it's cocking lock and
you got to have that safety on
in this case I don't have to have the
safety i have the safety off and pull it
that way so it's a nice feature that
your first shot will be double action in
this mode you can put the first shot and
single action by just pulling the hammer
back but in this mode your you got
double you know you got full double
action if you want to be extremely safe
bring it down and there's nothing that
will fire the left
I like that there's more of my favorite
things about this
this for me of how I would carry out her
how I would shoot it
I've watched a lot of other videos a lot
of folks are just you know they really
want to be able to pull that weapon
fired immediately and that may be a
situation that that they need to do that
for me I just don't see myself having to
be that way and I lived a long life and
I've never had to draw fire anybody yet
ensure there's that boy that one time i
wish i had been prepared and ready and
blah blah blah
well you know you know i got the CHL
I've gone through the thing you know I'm
ready now
now I've got one but you know its
responsibilities and being smart and you
know it's always better to walk away
matter of fact always better to run away
then going into the hostile situation
but that's a different philosophy right
it is just mind I'm just trying to be an
adult wise and saying you know if I
could put in that situation
why do you have to pull this when I pull
it guess what i'm going to use it
I'm not going to name it i'm going to
threaten it if I pull this thing out
it will be fired that's that's my firm
belief of what I don't have to do this
right here makes me feel a lot safer for
all the times i'm not doing it so I
that's that's the highlights of the
breath let me go over some things what I
call lasers and holsters
I've got a couple holster so inside the
waistband is I've got this one
I think the names focus may be
pronouncing that wrong but but this one
instead of being the the full cavity is
going to look a little break away in it
and I like it because you can go
straight in it or you can you can just
pop it in there like that and this one
is made for the full-size storm and you
can see there's a little bit of gap in
there for this is the compact but but
you know if I shake that thing really
hard
it doesn't pop out in this strap
boy you really got to kind of stretch it
out and push really hard to get this
thing to pop on but because of the
amount of tension there if this if you
know this paddle holster
it's pretty easy just a pop it right off
and then just pull you know this way and
that it's out pretty fast so this is
what if you're you know at the range or
carry it is a you know you or anywhere
else that you want to have a kind of you
have it is exposed
this is what I like the other part about
it is is you can put a laser on the
picture rail now bought one of these
this one particular from you know for me
baby some its own cheapo and it's a
little taller than I like
but the problem is with this bread is I
tried the low profile
and i'm going to zoom in on this guy and
the low profiles
unless you are specifically made for
this like the generic cheapos don't work
and this is why this area right here is
a lot wider than a lot of the other
firearms
you know it's because of that time look
and they may be low profile but it's the
length is the link that will kill battle
that will little bump up against this
area not work so i got this guy right
here and it pops on it pops on just like
that
and this was only got one slot put it
through
so when you put when you put this this
guy on here like this and you run that
it's going to go through that
that one slot now what I found about
these a cheaper lasers is is hey you
know I'll turn it on here you can see it
see it light up
they were pretty good but but but what I
found was it is when I store the gun and
then I come back later on the rack
they're always just a little bit off
they're not they're not perfect
sorry about that dogs are barking want
to go outside on that they're not always
dead on
so you know it's a novelty for me ocular
range and see if I actually well I use
it to you just line it up and you know
as I'm holding the pistol do I shake
move around seven yards and 15 yards in
my stable when I'm holding etcetera
etcetera
it may be useful the nighttime it's
pretty easy just to get that button and
turn it on but you know
25 bucks hoorah now I've never show the
very very very expensive laser anything
over thirty dollars so i don't know if
those do a whole bunch better but but if
you're interested in getting one of
those lasers that's that's the pros and
cons to that
but once again I pull this holster back
you know and pop it in there and you
know it's a nice fit
you know bring the sky over it the I can
take it to the range and put the paddle
in the side and will hold it for real
well so anyway
try it out you know if you get the
chance to a ranger you go down there to
the to the to purchase a gun and you'll
see a whole lot over there sitting some
of these these Berettas that looks so
much different than all the others
because all the lines you know pick one
up get a feel for it
shoot it then the more i shot this thing
the smooth there's become it's this one
compared to a lot of my other firearms
it's like the difference between up a
swiss army watch
that's well oiled it just feels that way
really precise really dialed in and very
smooth
you know a lot of engineering precision
even pull the slide back
that's a nice nice sound to it you know
just really just just feels good
other than that uh besides the fact that
it's it's good for right-handers and
left-handers this push-button can be
swapped apparently fairly easily to the
other side of your if your lefty course
the shells still come on your face but
other than that I think I got the same
for about 500 bucks and a and can't
remember if I've mentioned this already
but I think where they shaved the cost
is you know they didn't put the
glow-in-the-dark sights on there but
from my perspective you know unless
you're charged up meaning they've been
in the light and hold that charge for a
while I really don't do that
that much good and the case the case it
comes with it is me it's not as a good
quality feels like something you get a
cheaper 22 in
so you you may want to buy an
aftermarket Pelican case or for uh you
know a good range bag carried and
because it's just it just feels kinda
you know it looks kind of chance you
could probably watch some videos to some
guys
doing that with a an unboxing of the of
the storm
so anyway uh that's my two cents folks i
