the most up to date software and drivers for your HP computer.

The HP support website provides many software and drivers for your computer, but if you're
uncertain of which versions to install, use
one of these methods to get the latest updates for your PC.

HP Support Assistant is a software application
on HP computers that can automatically find
and install the latest software and driver
updates.
To open HP Support Assistant, type support
assistant from the Start screen and select
HP Support Assistant from the results list.
If your computer has updates available they
are listed in the Updates and Tune-ups section.
To manually search for the latest updates,
click Check for HP updates now.
To apply the updates click the Download and
Install selected updates button.
Windows Device Manager is another useful tool
for updating basic device drivers for Microsoft products.

To open Device Manager, type Device Manager
from the start screen and select Device Manager
from the search results.
Select the device you want to update, then
click the Driver tab to view more information,
such as driver provider, date, and version
number.
Click Update Driver to install the latest
update.
