In order to get your files decrypted you need to purchase the decryptor for your files you need to pay ransom in Bitcoins. Though POSHKODER has numerous similarities to CryptoDefense or CryptorBit, there is no evidence that they are related.

The files are encrypted using RSA-2048 encryption, which makes them impossible to decrypt via brute force methods.
