hello guys and this tutorial I'll be
showing you how to resize and rename
multiple files using worth of you now
every time I take some pictures at the
same problem i have the bunch of files
here which pretty big file size and high
quality and what I'm going to do is I
will resize them to a format i cannot
easily upload to my homepage for this
purpose i will go to google and search
for Earth view click the first link go
to download or from view
confirm down Lord
and save save the file to my desktop
often use a very very small program it's
just 1.2 megabyte and it's one of the
fastest I've ever seen in picture
editing so the download will start
pretty fast now it's finished I run the
executable say next next year i can
choose the the file extensions i want to
associate with our view they are very
very much file extension that that can
be read by of you and I will select only
the images click next now I don't want
the google toolbar and we'll desktop
installed so i click next next
yes i am sure and start overview now
we'll be fine i click done
I can close my browser now and here is
Earth view now i can open the file and
click open
I go to
my documents my pictures and let's say
this one and yeah basically that message
from view and I want to resize now
multiple files i have to go to file and
batch conversion and here i have to
check batch conversion and rename result
files output format is jpg that's fine
and here i can enter a name pattern for
example these are all pictures of the
wedding of my brother so i will call
them marriage of Ron and Maria Maria
added by a two-digit numbers so the shop
sign shops and was just for one digit
number i will choose the current
directory as output directory and add to
it
small images because I want to make some
small images now i can select the input
files i can either drop them one by one
down there or i can just click the add
all button so this will add all the
images in the folder you can see there
are 51 down there to my input selection
now one more thing i'm going to the
advanced options for resizing the images
and here i can check the resize button
and i will say said the new size set one
or both sides to with 400 is good for
for uploading and i will check also the
preserve aspect ratio button so i don't
need to put in a height here this will
be done automatically borrow from you
and say okay and start patch and not
just processing
you can see for every file the result
they say okay and the file path and
filename and this is just doing all the
work for you now and it's very fast
finished with 51 files no errors or
warnings I say exit I exit from you now
I go back the folder i showed you in the
beginning and as you can see here is a
new newly created folder now small
images before i go there i can see all
the pictures now with a proper file name
and with a dramatically decreased file
size so it's only 147 kilobyte compared
to 2.6 megabyte and basically that's it
so anyway thanks for listening
this is finished
