Prezi how to open anything .pdf, ppt, excel word or another prezi from prezi tutorial

hi I'm Tim a slide dynamic and this is a
tutorial which includes the files you
need in order to add a button which I've
created so you don't have to author in
flash which you can add to a Prezi in
order to then open another file whilst
presenting using Prezi so that the file
could be anything a PDF or Word document
and XL it could even be another Prezi so
within the description of this YouTube
video or if you're on our site you'll
find a link to download these files
you'll find three three things in the in
the associated download a folder named
FS command flash button called enter .
swf which is the button question and
i'll include the the source Prezi file
as well so first things we need to do is
decide what we want to open so first
things you want to do is go into the fs
command folder and I'm going to give an
example of opening both in Excel and a
word document will start by opening the
excel first so you'll see this this file
here which is called adopt that file
this will only work on a pc mind you
won't work on a mac first things we need
to do is go in and edit this now you can
do two things either you can open
notepad or wordpad or some text editor
or you can just hit the edit
right click and hit edit don't double
click it it all you need to do is just
adjust the the name of the file and its
extension you wish to open so i'm going
to open the the excel one first so start
and then a space and then the file name
in this case is open excel and then the
extension very important to include that
once you've done that we can drop out
for a moment and go and create the prezi
so here I've just create a basic one
so obviously you would simply follow
this process at the end where ever you
would want to open the file in question
excuse me first things you need to do is
just get hit insert file just add the
button which is entered is WF know I've
created this for you you can obviously
create your own if you want to do it
without altering flash then just add
this open and he'll see it added so I'm
just going to select that just make it
tiny and move it here so there's my path
of seals be different and then what you
need to do is export as a portable Prezi
into this folder will call it demo open
file close now so now you'll see the zip
file so she's done this online you have
downloaded their or exported if it's the

copy it or drag it in there

really basic function in my excel which
is two plus two equals four that are ok
so if we want to open the word document
now instead just go into the investment
just select the name of the folder
window open the file you want to open go
to edit replace the excel with the word
click close click Save go out run the

hint for you if you are going to open
files with other programs try and have
the the program open but minimized
otherwise it takes a little bit longer
and there's a bit of a lag anyway that's

FS command folder in and adjust the .
bat-file remember only works on pcs will
not work on a mac thanks very much
