Email Your Real Estate Flyer as PDF or PNG Image (Mac Users)

in this video I'm gonna show you how to
email your turnkey real estate flyer
from a mac and i'm gonna show you two
ways one to email two team members or
print shop where it's a PDF and it's
fully editable and the other ways for
prospects our clients to see an image so
that the flyers not editable now if you
have a PC there's another video that
covers the same process for pc users so
this is for mac only so the first step
is to open the turkey flyer templates
and then just choose the template that
you want to work on next we're going to
remove the text fields from showing here
around the text so just go to
preferences and under forms select the
box that says showboater hover color for
fields so uncheck that and those a those
fields will go away you can see and I'm
gonna assume that you've already entered
all your texts updated your photos
chosen the right design and with that go
ahead and save it will give it a new
name and here again i can choose any
folder that I want to save it to i'm
just going to save it to the desktop so
now we'll go to our email program to
attach a file we just drag it over and
it loads now this would be if i wanted
to send the full PDF template that's
edible to either a print shop or a team
member you'll notice that the file size
is about 6 megabytes so it's pretty
large so if you're if you're going to
blast it out to your prospects and
clients you want to have something
that's smaller so with that you can put
in the name and the instructions and
send it off like normal
if on the other hand you want the actual
flyer to show up here inside the body of
the email will need to do one other step
so with that let's go back to
our adobe reader template so the first
step is to go to file click the print
and now we're not actually going to
print the document
we're just going to click cancel and
what that print box does is it removes
all the formatting options and the
design options up at the top so those
dropdowns are gone
just temporarily so with that the next
step is to hold down the command button
to shift button and the number four and
you'll get this little target looking
cursor and you know what I got this this
title tag in the way I'm going to escape
try it again so you want to go fairly
quick so that those little title tags
don't show up and then just drag it drag
the cursor over and get the the template
as best you can and that's going to
create a screenshot which I'll just drag
over here the next part is to actually
open up a website called tiny PNG calm
and we're just gonna compress the file
so it's a little smaller so just drag
that image over here it's automatically
going to resize it once you're finished
click the download button over here that
will download your new image will save
it to the desktop this time we're going
to give it a name so now we've got the
compressed image right here we'll go
back to our email will click the insert
photo upload and we'll just drag over
that image and now we have the flyer
directly in the body of the email and we
can send it out to our prospects in an
easy way that they can view it
it's not editable it's directly in the
body of the email and at this point you
just click send
so that covers it you have two ways now
to send an email you there's an
attachment to a team member or print
shop or how to convert that template
into a PNG image and insert it into the
body of the email so that it's not
edible
