hey what is up guys Jeremy here and
welcome back to another video we're
taking a look at cydia eraser
this used to be called cydia impactor
and it's been updated for iOS 9.3 . 3
now what is so special about this tweak
or application basically what it can do
is on jailbreak your device completely
restore it and keep it on its current
firmware that way you don't have to
update that way you're able to re
jailbreak your device
this is a tool that is especially useful
for someone like me that tries you know
tons and tons of tweaks out and is
constantly changing my device a lot of
crap accumulates on my device and
sometimes I just like to restore it to
bring it back to stock just to get rid
of all the crap and start from the
beginning again in this application or
tweak or utility whatever you want to
call it will allow you to do that so as
you guys can see just search in cydia
for Cydia eraser this is version 0.9 .
32 it is created by the creator of city
itself
Jay Freeman so as you guys can see it
does work for iOS 7.1 through 9.3 . 3
so once you've installed it you can just
go ahead and open up the application it
just looks like the eraser on a pencil
and this is basically all it is right
here you can you know read off using
this tool will destroy all data on your
device revert all changes to files on
the device remove the jailbreak and
return it to stock APPL I'll iOS while
preserving your iOS version so it
basically restore your device to its
current firmware and does not update it
and it does it all
OTA on the device itself no need to plug
it into a computer pretty insane
all you do is click on the erase all
data on jailbreak device at the bottom
there
just make sure you read you know
everything on this list here that you
don't do this wrong because obviously
you re restoring your device so i just
read through everything on this page if
you guys want to see this actually in
action where I've used it to restore my
device i'll put a card up on screen
I'm not going to do it right now just
because I don't want to
fully restored my device but i do have a
demo video of this when it was i believe
it was called cydia impact at the time
but it's the same thing you guys go
ahead and check that out if you want to
see how to do it but that's all I want
to cover as well you guys know that city
racer is updated for iOS 9.3 . 3 and
this is probably one of the most
important tools that you can have on
your device just because like i said if
you know you're having issues with your
device it's got too many tweaks year
it's just bogging it down you need to
restore this is how you're going to want
to do it otherwise you will lose your
jailbreak if you use itunes to restore
it because itunes will force you to
update to the latest firmware which
would be 9 . 3.4 currently and you don't
want to do that because then you cannot
jailbreak again so let's meet for this
